Very elegant
Very beautiful and elegant chairs! They are wide and a decent size. The fabric is nice and plush. They aren't the most comfortable, but for the look and price they are worth it!!! I added on some glam crystal buttons from Amazon. Very easy to assemble.

Gorgeous dining chairs
I love my dining chairs they are so gorgeous, sturdy and well put together. The color is a beautiful beige with nail head detail and the square knocker on the back adds luxe., along with the soft beautiful fabric. very .Every time I walk by my dining room I have to smile. If you're thinking about buying these chairs please don't hesitate you will be glad you did. Love, Love, Love them!!!! Thanks Amazon

Amazon Customer Service Representative “AUBREY” MISSED HUGELY on this ONE
The chairs in and of themselves are beautiful. I did not assemble because one chair had only three legs. However, the greater challenge was with Amazon Customer Service, the logistics of receiving the products and a HUGE FAILURE at any attempt to conduct reasonable customer service recovery during the initial contact. I believe the aim is to resolve issues at the first contact and not at the insistence of a secondary contact through Supervisory channels. I called Amazon to convey my challenge and to rectify the matter. There was no attempt by the Representative to contact the manufacturer. The package itself was oversized and heavy. Each chair was substantial in size when removed from the box. When asked if they could ask the driver to turn around to retrieve the product (literally less than 30 mins from dropping and running) the immediate response was no we cannot do that. Well...Aubrey (Customer Service Representative)...I know this can be done because great Amazon customer service representatives MADE THE EFFORT to meet a very reasonable request. I live (literally) 6 miles from Amazon’s Distribution center. The cursory, “Well Im sorry its not our policy line” falls on deaf ears here because I’ve had great customer service in the past from those who actually engage in customer service recovery. I insisted on speaking with a Supervisor. Aubrey indicates she cannot give out her Supervisor’s name. She was also called on this non-truth. I was patched forward to Supervisor June who at least (at least what she/he indicated) contacted the driver, indicating pickup was unavailable at least until tomorrow, please be home for pick up. So now I am having to remain home (at my own expense) to await pickup at a non-designated time. Will Amazon reimburse me for my time off and frustration associated with this defective product. I think not. Summary: it would have and could have been a nice product however...Amazon FAILED “BIG-LY” on customer service recovery here.

Terrible packaging
Beautiful chair but highly disappointed with how my chairs were shipped. The screws were just thrown in the box some I had to keep searching within the box to find the pieces hidden. I didn’t appreciate all that extra work.

Chairs are nice (if they aren't damaged), customer support is terrible
When my chairs arrived, one was fine, and the other had CLEARLY missed quality control. Not only was the metal handle on the back of the chair screwed into the chair COMPLETELY crooked, but two of the chair legs also looked like the paint came off and/or dripped down the side. I called the furniture manufacturing co. to try and get a replacement, and they refused to send me a new chair (they would only supply me with new handle and legs). That would be fine if it weren't for the fact that the handle wasn't screwed incorrectly, and replacing it would only go in wrong as well. They are sending me new legs in the meantime, but they ultimately passed the buck and, after many back and forth emails, said that they “don't send replacement chairs.” They suggested that I contact Amazon (which would be to send the WHOLE SET back) to remedy the problem... Are you kidding me? What a hassle!!The chairs are acceptable if they aren't damaged, but if you draw the short end of the stick, the company doesn't stand behind their product and will do as little as possible to resolve the issue/s. Find a better brand if I were you.

Pure perfection!
These chairs were more than I expected. They are very elegant and well priced. The chair pull adds to the luxury of the item. I purchased the dark Grey. At first appears to have a blue tone but after sitting in the light , the Grey shines through. All in all. I love them! Oh assembly was easy! The velvet fabric is of excellent quality.

Gorgeous chairs
These are absolutely gorgeous chairs. Extremely durable, comfortable and well made. The chairs arrived two in a box that was packaged well with everything you need to put together. I had excellent communication with the seller. I highly recommend this company for all your furniture needs.

Rate these chairs a 4/10. Very Pricey mistake.
For starters, these chairs were accidentally purchased and extremely overpriced totaling $698.00. Secondly, after settling into my new home this box arrived, when I realized the mistake I immediately attempted to return. My heart sank as I needed 6 in a similar style from Ashley furniture. I attempted to return only to discover there was a 50% restocking fee along with a extremely expensive shipping charge of $385.00 due to the weight.Furthermore, although chairs are aesthetically beautiful, they are NOT sturdy! A few legs are shorter which cause them to wobble. Not sure what type of padding they used, but these chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever accidentally purchased. You can hear and feel the springs when you sit in them. Plus, I don't care for the velvet material especially since we use our dining room quite often and I have small children. Since, I've purchased several items for my new home using Amazon, I love their seamless free return policy and have never had any issues. Going forward, I will only stick with Amazon directly and ensure they are not 3rd party vendors.
