Works perfectly well
The delivery was on time and the products works perfectly. I followed the instructions on the labels and I didn't have any problem.I had already one 4 years ago that I broke attempting using the European electricity. I have been searching the same item without the stand-alone Tobi, just the handled one. Since I found it, I was waiting for it. I won't pay 20$ for 2 pants and 1 shirt at the pressing no more.

I have owned one of these units for over 5 years now, and I can say that the other bad reviews have surprised me greatly. I believe you just need to understand the technique. Sure, you need to pull the trigger to get steam, but you also need to rub the velour against the garment while doing so. The pressure plus steam is what removes the wrinkles, and even removes lint at the same time. If the light comes back on while using, that means that it needs to reheat, which only takes seconds. If you pull the trigger while it's still heating up, you may just squirt water. When used properly, this device is great! I haven't used a regular iron since. If you're looking for a constant stream of steam, look elsewhere. Personally, I love my Tobi steamer.

very poor, does not deserve any stars, but I was forced to put one!. I took it as a present abroad, and because I had to travel, I unpacked it. The thing did not work, it just got hot and no steam. It had a sticker that said it had been teseted: not true,It went to the trash. I was not going to carry it back.DO NOT BUY, AND IF YOU BUY, MAKE SURE IT WORKS.What a disappointment!

There are no instructions to operate this product. We tried it when we went on vacation and had to bring out the regular iron. Just a note to the manufacturers, include an instruction manual.

I then just waited for about 10-15 mins and it was perfect.. it worked very well and it was ...
I borrowed this from my mum, at first I thought it wasn't working because no steam was coming out... I then just waited for about 10-15 mins and it was perfect.. it worked very well and it was very quick to take the creases out of the items of clothing I used it for... I would recommend waiting approx 10 mins after plugging it in..
