Great little grow light, perfect for small spaces
This light is fantastic value for money. Runs fairly cool, good illumination, and surprisingly high quality build. To see double dimmers on a light at this price point is remarkable. Have not been using it for very long, so cannot comment on reliability or longevity. But it's so inexpensive that's not a big problem. My plants seem happy growing under this lamp. My only real gripe is the two-point hanging system. The light would be easier to keep level with a four-point hanger. Otherwise, it's great!

Faulty
As soon as I plugged in the light the plug blew in my hand and shocked me. It left a black patch on my thumb- the picture taken is after I tried to scrub it off. I would like a refund please as this is the first time I have plugged it in and it’s clearly faulty. I can’t find any option on the app to go through the returns policy or refunds policy. Can you help me please?
