Great support
Initially I was a little concerned about spending a relatively large amount of money on a brand I had not heard of before; however, the numerous good reviews I read about pooboo bikes in general helped quell my trepidation. Many of the reviews pointed out product support for the bike was exceptional, and I found that to be the case for me as well. As with everyone else, my bike came with a monitor that reported distance in km, and I wanted mine in miles. Product support readily agreed to send me new monitor with output in miles. I also wanted to be able to use applications like Rouvy, so I asked for speed sensor, which the product support people also sent out immediately and without question. I'm 6'3'' and the bike's seat is just barely tall enough for me, though I actually wanted it a little taller. I asked customer support if there was anything they could do about that and they agreed to manufacture an adapter to allow greater height and handlebar extension. I haven't received the extenders yet, but the willingness of Company to tailor parts without asking for more money is a testament to their product support. As for the riding the bike, I find it smooth and enjoyable. At first I thought the shock absorber coil located between the seat extender and frame was gimmicky, but I actually find I like it. I'm an avid biker and I cycle hard, and I find when I'm exercising at high intensity the coil gives the bike a little bounce, just like you would feel on a real bike. I don't know if the coil action actually makes riding easier on the spine, but I do find that I like the effect, and that it makes the ride feel more realistic. The one drawback to it is that it does squeak a little. If you don't peddle hard, you don't get the bounce and you don't hear anything. The harder you pedal, the more bounce you get and the more noticeable the squeak becomes. Even at its loudest, however, its not very loud and it doesn't interfere with watching TV or listening to music. Other than that, the bike is extremely quiet. I've used several spin bikes over the years, and this bike is one of the quietest I've used. However, I think all the magnetic resistance bikes are good in this respect. After breaking it in, the belt didn't make any noise either. All-in-all, it's a very enjoyable bike and very durable. Assembly was easy and I've had absolutely no issues with maintenance. The bike is very sturdy and I never feel any wobble or creaking noises when I use it, even at high intensity. Also the resistance levels are good--spanning all the way from extremely light to hardly being able to pedal. It does, however, take about 10 turns to go all the way through the resistance range. I find this is convenient because each turn then represents about a 10% increase in resistance, which makes it relatively easy to track your level.

This bike is a solid performer
The bike itself is very sturdy. Misleading label on Amazon says its max weight is 440lbs. But in the user manual and on the bike itself it says 135kg which is a whole lot less. I bought it for the stated 440 weight cause I’m big. I’m285lbs. And to be honest this bike holds me without effort. I doubt it would for a 400 lb. person though. Personally, I like the bike and use an interactive app. From my cell that’s cast to my tv and I’m biking in the mountains of Canada or on the streets of New York. The bike itself is very heavy and setup requires some time.

Wish we could have loved it but not as sturdy as we thought!
PROS: The bike came very quickly which was great, especially because it was being shipped overseas and it was in the midst of a pandemic. Amazon logistics called to schedule a drop off and overall the process was pretty smooth.Setting up the bike took roughly an hour and was good to go! My main draw to the bike was the fact that it had clip in pedals. I also love that our iPad fits perfectly in the tablet holder, the weights are great for online classes and the seat is comfortable.CONS: After a month of riding we noticed squeaking from the axel. The customer support was great and answered our concern immediately. We used WD40 as instructed. It temporarily fixed the issue but the squeaking has not stopped since. We’ve used WD40 in multiple different locations of the wheel and it’s getting worse overtime. This was purchased in March 2020 and it’s now February 2021. The pedals have also fallen off twice while riding. They are meant to be screwed in or threaded so you are continuously threading the pedals (hopefully that makes sense) so they won’t unscrew. Luckily nobody has got hurt but something that has worried us. If you are someone who knows how to work on equipment then this bike is a great option for you. Additionally loose screws have come out here or there but that is to be expected when you don’t have a crew working on a bike every week like cycling studios do.

I love this bike
I love this bike. I initially had concerns about buying something so expensive and big online. I have not been disappointed. I have limited space and this fits perfectly. It is solid and well made. I use my iPad and use the Peloton App. My best part of this experience is the customer service. I had questions about fitting the seat and in less than 24 hours I had a response with pics that helped me. Also because I needed a monitor in miles--they instantly sent me one. Because of their great customer service, I would not hesitate to purchase anything they are selling.

The L Now indoor Cycling Stationary Exercise Bike is not for Short People I am 5'4"!
I had this bike for about 3 weeks now. The bike is sturdy and quiet. But I can barely ride it comfortably but just being able to touch the beginning of the hand rest and I CANNOT TOUCH THE PULSE/HEART RATE MONITOR without standing which is very disappointing for me! The lady they show in the advertisement is probably not short! Other than that it is a great bike if your taller. I am 5'4"

This is an AWESOME bike!!!
I had originally wanted a Peloton bike, but their price tag was too expensive for my budget. I ran across this bike and took a chance and ordered it. It took about an hour to put together, by myself. It has a heavy, quality build that is comparable to a Peloton bike, at half the cost. I use it with the Peloton APP and it rides like a dream. Highly recommend this bike to Spin enthusiasts !!!
