Update: saw this at Whole Foods with the new packaging and there is no whey. Yay!This was our favorite until they added whey (milk).

It's a gas!
It tastes good, but it uses inulin (chicory root extract) to add fiber. If chicory root extract doesn't bother you, go right ahead, but for those who have sensitivities to it (think eating Fiber one bars) you may want to try something else.

This item is labeled gluten-free and contains wheat in the label. Those with allergies to gluten, should avoid.
