Excellent value!
This was an easy to use product and very helpful for my elderly mother with knee joint pain. She used it so often that its charger stopped working correctly and the customer service is excellent so they replaced the unit. Thank you, will continue to buy from this company!

Did Not Last
Regrettably I have to say that this massager is worthless. I used it about a dozen times during the last 18 months, and it is "dead as a doornail". The charger lights inside turn on when plugged in, but it will not start. The battery seems not to hold any charge at all, or it may be something else, but the fact is that it stopped working after very little use. So, maybe that's just my bad luck, but I feel that such a failure should not be acceptable for such an expensive product. As to its performance when it did work: I didn't get much relief from my knee pain when I used it. Which is why I didn't use it very often. I have a regular, percussion type massager, which I have continued to use when I needed it, and it provides a lot more relief. My aches and pains come from my exercise regimen, and is occasional, not chronic. I do not recommend this massager for any use both on the grounds that it doesn't work well, and is not durable.

Little customer service
First, my wife is a physician. She had heard good things about this product and thought I should try it.I plugged mine in to charge. 12 hours later the battery icon had changed from blinking red to blinking white. According to the manual, it should turn to solid blue when fully charged. No mention of white. I went to their website to find out if the battery was bad and what the blinking white icon meant. No way to contact the company, no help page, no new manual. You can register your product for a warranty but I certainly could not find any place to claim a warranty or even contact them with a warranty issue.Update: Found a warranty email in the manual. Emailed them and got a prompt reply. The light is no longer blue but white indicates a full charge. They did not mention the blinking.I tried the device a couple of times but it may not have had a full charge. Mine did not get very hot but otherwise felt good. I have two bad knees or rather one that has been replaced (partial) and one that is bad. The partially replaced knee was done 5 months ago. This device does not seem to be good for that knee. The tissue around the knee is still healing and while I can work out pretty hard again this device seems to aggravate it as much as help. My guess is it would be great if the massage function could be turned down and the rest of the functions turned up. As it is, all functions are turned up or down at the same time. One can turn off the massage/pressure function and turn up the others. My partially replaced knee is not quite ready for the hard massage function but I would like to have it on a light setting (getting picky here). On my other knee, it seemed to feel better the next day and immediately after. I could certainly use more heat but that might be due to a faulty battery.I would probably send it back for a replacement if I thought this company would back its product and had some kind of customer service. Even a help page would be nice. I am sending mine back to Amazon and not replacing it for now. I will probably try one of the competitors instead.Update: I am keeping the device. I am not convinced it helps a lot in the long term but it does make my knees feel immediately better. This company may just be growing and suffering from growing pains with no bad intent but it also seems possible they are shady with no intent to actually back their product. As far as I can tell they are a new company or new to the US market.Update: As mentioned above, the promptly emailed back when I used their warranty email. My sense is they are not shady but perhaps new and growing fast.I am also someone who is sensitive (perhaps overly) to customer service. Bad customer service seems to be my pet peeve. I will pay more for a company that has good customer service and stay loyal to those with good customer care. Their prompt email response was good. The site and manual... not so much. Willing to give them a chance, thinking they are a young company that is growin.

Great idea, good quality, not intense therapy
I was looking for a knee targeted therapy product. And came across this knee massager. The product is a good idea and nice quality. But to be honest it didn’t do much to my knees. The airbags are nice but wish it had more on some areas that were weaker and didn’t have much pressure. The tens unit is great and a big plus add on. But you can find tens specific items for cheaper and maybe more functions. This unit also kind of dig into my knees with its helmet shaped design you almost have to be pretty still in one angle for the plastic edges not to hit your knees. All in all I think this is a great idea and features are great (heat, red light, airbag, tens). But over all for the value I honestly not sure if I could recommend this one.I ended up getting a foot/leg massager (air bags) for $100 and that has a ton of pressure and an additional tens system for $40.But there are some happy customers pleased with this unit, which I can understand and believe. If you are not looking for that much intensity maybe a very light therapy maybe this would be great. But if you’re looking for an intense one maybe this one isn’t the best?

From the moment I put this on the first time, I knew I had made the right purchase. It is so soothing and fun to use.
