The blocks are solid; they have enough firmness and the slight bounce for supporting a yoga practice. However, the blocks I received were not the same size. One block is slightly wider across the surface (about 1/4" variance) and the other block is slightly longer/taller (under 1/4" variance). These differences are noticeable just by looking at them. I think the width difference will likely be moot but if you place the blocks tall, your hands will not be "even" as one side will be slightly higher. They are good overall blocks for the price but as a set, just be prepared that there could be variances in the sizes.

These yoga blocks were well packaged and would make a nice gift. I'm not new to Yoga, but our instructor encouraged us to get some blocks for support on some new and challenging poses. These have been working quite nicely. They measure about 9" long, 6" wide, and are aprox 2.75" thick. So, I think this qualifies for a Medium-sized block. They are a good size for what I'm doing. They also come with a brief instruction pamphlet. I can recommend these.

I have back pain and holy cow these things work. Propping 1 or 2 underneath your back and stretching out with elicit a crunch heard from a mile away. I also have a limb difference, most of my arm is heavy scar tissue and these make yoga easier for me. Worth the cost and very helpful.

I've started doing yoga at home, and thought I could get by without blocks. Now I see how wrong I was! These are really helpful, and rather than being a crutch, they let me do deeper stretches and hold positions for longer. The blocks themselves are really sturdy and easy to grab. I like the 3" size on the smallest dimension. Despite being the cheapest blocks I could find, they seem to be really good quality and look like they'll last a long time. There were no odors on the foam like other blocks seem to get complaints about. So glad I got these!

As others have said, these aren’t perfect in size but they will be good enough for me. Good price. Seems sturdy. Just received so I can’t judge sturdiness long term.

the yoga blocks are well-made and very dense. they are slightly thinner than i had anticipated and have a slight odor (which is slowly going away)... but they work just fine. the color is very neutral and matches anything.

I recently started teaching yoga in a small women's studio and I brought several of these blocks. So very sturdy and what a great price! I'm very happy with my purchase.

These are solid, at a great price point, and do the job well. Get them if your are looking for yoga blocks. I like the 4 inches finger span which works well for for my hands.
