Malfunctioned and terrible customer support
We purchased a newly renovated home with two Duravit Senso wash toilet seats. Two seats, two malfunctions within a very short time frame. Could not be repaired and to replace was a customer service nightmare. One of my worst product/customer service experiences ever. Now we just want to get rid of them and be done with this company. BUYER BEWARE!

Works great, keeps our bottoms clean and warm!
Our Duravit bidet is the talk of our guests!!! We have it in our guest bathroom, which gets heavy usage by friends, and virtually everyone comments on it!! It is super easy to use, even for guests, and works really well. The jet is the perfect strength (not too strong where it is uncomfortable, but is just strong enough to keep everything clean.) And it gets warm super quick, but without wasting electricity. Also, my wife likes that it automatically closes after I raise it. The concealed connection is cool too, so you don't see the hoses and it looks like it was part of the toilet basin. It's been 2 years so far and I've had no issues.

Avoid this thing
Literally have had three of these fail in our master bath. I have had a Toto Washlet in my mancave for 15 years and it’s still perfect...
