This product was recommended to me by a former co worker. She actually gave me the last few in her bottle and for a week straight I noticed i was doing the same amt of work but not neeeaaarrly as tired. It doesn't make me feel jittery or even over energetic. I just notice I breeze through the days tasks without my normal slumps in energy. It really is an amazing product.

Fair warning. This stuff is WAY more powerful than the other version of the product. One pill in the AM has me amped all day. No jitters or side effects. I just can’t take one in the afternoon or I won’t sleep. Great product for that extra boost!

I've been using "fat-burners" for years, along with (not at the same time) pre-workout supps. I take them not primarily for the fat burning aspect (you can't really cheat the need to eat less, move more) but for the energy to both mind a body.This formula is proprietary in it's ratios, but the ingredients are straight forward and, at least from my perspective, time proven and common. No secret crank-you-up ingredient that I can see, or that I've felt.This product is good, but I'd not categorize it as game-changer or something I'll really seek out in the future. It's powerful and has enough caffeine that you'll really feel it. I'm extremely de-sensitized to caffeine, but know what it feels like and know easily how much I've had. This is rated at 200mg of caffeine (per capsule) so never take two at a time. One pill is just not quite enough "pow" for me, but does this job. Others will find their heart racing, chest tight, etc. If you're not accustomed to these kinds of pills take on a day you can assess your reaction.A good addition to cabinet if you're looking for a change. Recommended.

Dunno what to say about it so far. Had used the product for a full month taking only two a day, one at 6am and one around 3pm. The first two weeks I could feel my body heat up immensely but it wasn’t uncomfortable. My husband just said I was extremely hot to the touch 🤣Energy-wise I didn’t feel any change. I was expecting it to give a boost like a preworkout but nothing happened. I have a show in two months and have heard about this product so I thought I would give it a try. I will try it again for one more month as the show is next month. After the second bottle I will see if there are any changes with me not taking it anymore. I will continue to work out and diet the same. So let’s see~ 😅

What is really good about this product is that you don’t get the gitters and that it’s only two a day.
