This product has worked great for me. I had been told by a heathcare professional that Calcium Citrate was the best form of calcium to take. I started taking calcium supplements due to leg cramps because for other health reasons I was not consuming dairy products and was not getting enough calcium. Once I started this calcium supplement I have not had leg cramps anymore. This product is not derived from dairy which is what I needed.So I would recommend this product for anyone who needs calcium but does not want it to be from a dairy source.

Found them difficult to swollow , even when rolling them in margarine

I wanted highly absorbable calcium citrate. This product is the perfect solution, though the tablets are quite large and are a bit difficult to swallow, which might be a hazard for some people. If you cut the pill size in half and make a "serving" size 4 tablets instead of 2, it would make them much easier to swallow.

Pills were so large that I was unable to swallow them

Very difficult for me to swallow, got stuck once, wasn't able to swallow and had to force cough up. Will look for substitute, easier to swallow. Usually don't have a problem with pills.

I have a sensitive stomach and I was reluctant to try calcium citrate. I feared that I would develop an excessive amount of gas. I am pleased to announce, I have not encountered any problems. Believe it or not, If I did I would definitely inform the company. Although, I get a little irregular but that is due to my eating habit. I did an extensive search regarding calcium citrate and this is my pick. Thank you.
