First received product July 30th 2019. I'm on my second order. First I think it acts pretty fast. And second if I don't use it for several days, I could tell lack of energy and stomach seems to sag. If that makes sense and then when I take it around for 5 days. I feel stronger, definite more energy, and my appetite is suppressed to the point I have to remember to eat! I don't find myself craving sweets, ice cream, pastries. As a matter of fact when I go to the store I will even say yuck what I look at chocolate candies, or pastry. Unbelievable! But I have to tell you I do take apple cider vinegar capsules as well with Keto. I also take B complex with electrolytes. So perhaps all the combinations do give me that extra energy. I'm 64 years old and without a doubt there is a reverse of Aging. I've been taking DHEA by itself for at least four years. Under doctor's care. No doubt supplements have been anti-aging for this guy. These are capsules of 7-Keto powder, so they're in a very absorbable form.There was a research project that was a little unusual. They wanted to find something that was healthy. They tested a group of REALLY seriously sick people, and a group that was just bursting with health to see if they could find something that was common to health in general. They found this. Then they tried giving it to people who didn't feel well, and it provided a noticeable improvement. Nobody knows why.When I take this, I feel better, I have more energy, and seem more awake and think better.Nobody knows how or why it works, but now that I've tried it, I would never want to get along without it.I take mine on an empty stomach, right after I wake up, and wait a half hour before eating. 300 mg (three capsules) is great for me. If I take less, my energy slumps before the day is over, and more makes me not notice my bedtime and keep right on going. Your mileage may vary.

I purchased this to try to see if I could get an energy boost. The directions indicate to take two caps so I do and I have felt an increase in energy! The capsules are small as well so very easy to swallow.

I switched from a different company to this one & was hesitant, but it's a great product and does it's job that I purchased it for. (Adrenal fatigue)

These are absolutely awful! I don’t know why it has such rave reviews! It increased my cravings and affected my blood sugar to the point that I had to eat candy one afternoon due to its side effects. I had been taking the Now 7-Keto lean gels for months with no awful side effects.I highly recommend NOT taking this product as the side effects were so concerning that after only 2 days of taking it, I stopped completely.I am going to resume taking my Now 7-Keto Lean gels again.
