Great recording device for voice memos and for singing practice
i have used this pen to complete multiple tasks and each time I have been satisfied. I have used this pen to save voice memos for the most part. there are many moving parts in my job. This pen has madeit easy for me to remember things as I simply push a button on this pen to record the stuff I need to do. I also say my thoughts aloud o the pen so that I remember the options that I was thinking about.My kid also uses this pen to practice songs that she has to sing in her upcoming performance. It is just so easy for her to hear herself on the phone and on the go. Cell phones aren't allowed when she practices, so this pen has been a blessing for her.In terms of product feature, I wish it was somewhat eaier to delete voice sections that you don't need. Other than this, I think this is a pretty useful item to carry around.

I returned it without a problem. Couldn't get it to work, way too hard.

Device not working
I could not get the device to record....a blue light was supposed to come on and it never did...now mind you, I'm definitely not the most tech savvy person, so it could have been operator error...

Rewind is a little cumbersome but the sound quality is great. It picks up a whole room.
