Galco makes the best holsters
You can’t go wrong with Galco Combat Master holsters. I own several and they are amazing quality, sturdy and comfortable. They always have a nice fit and are just designed perfectly. If you are interested in OTW carry, buy a Galco Combat Master!

Great Quality Holster
Very nice holster! Fits my S&W 66-8 very well, the barrel is 4.25" so it sticks out 1/4" on the bottom but other than that it fits like a glove, very comfortable to wear.

Very nice quality
Great holster, takes a little bit of break-in to have a smooth draw. Fully covers the trigger guard, but the material around the guard is somewhat pliable, so the trigger can still be reached. Not the end of the world, but be careful.Since it is open-top with no retention strap, this holster is compatible with the Hogue extended release lever for S&W revolvers

It's a well made holster, but it is not what is pictured for the 4 inch model 19 S&W on Galco's website. Galco changed the design and it now has the very annoying "wings" up and over the back of the cylinder, like the 2.5 inch version. This makes drawing and holstering more difficult and the holster doesn't "feel" like a combat holster any more. They should never have changed the design.
