Fun and useful addition to my kitchen
This is alot of food for the money. So far I have used the spinach, onions, and tomato. Tastes great and I will use most of these up way before the 2 year expiration dates

Super Value for Excellent Food Storage Products!
Have not used any of this particular batch, but have used various other Harmony House dehydrated vegetable products that are featured in this selection and have been well satisfied. Shipped quickly, well packaged, everything undamaged and properly sealed. Each of the sixteen quart-sized jars are nicely full - not a whole lot of that 'excessive headspace because contents may have settled during shipping and handling' going on.At the current price (as of September 2017), these work out to $9.40 US each - about three dollars or so less than the individual item single unit purchase price.I use these to add color/flavor/ interest/ additional nutrition to rice, ramen noodles or freeze-dried meals, but be very aware that these are DEHYDRATED and not FREEZE-DRIED; the difference is important. For best results they should be pre-soaked for an hour or two before adding them, especially the corn, peas, carrots, and mushrooms.Be realistic in your expectations of flavor and texture - they will not be farm-stand-fresh-yummy-crunchy, but they will be significantly better than the vast majority of canned vegetables. These have no expiration date per se - keep them sealed, store them out of direct sunlight in a climate controlled environment (<70 degrees F) and they're effectively immortal.Highly recommend.

Saves on veggie waste
I am very happy with the Harmony House dehydrated foods I purchased. We tend to throw out a lot of produce, so I decided to keep dehydrated veggies on hand for soups, stews etc. Corn and peas do take longer to cook than the others, so I've learned to rehydrate them at least partially prior to cooking. The tomato powder is incredibly awesome -- I bought an extra jug of that because it is so handy to have on hand. I used some of these veggies to make my own soup packets, using recipes on Pinterest and sealing them with my FoodSaver.

Good investment
Medium sized box well packaged with biodegradable packing materials arrived in 3 days. Have not eaten the contents but they look fresh. Each quart is vacum sealed as one would expect. Quart is approximately 6x3x3". Nutritional information sticker on the back of each quart. I'm looking forward to tasting them based on other reviews of this same product in smaller quantities.

Dehydrated vegetables
Very good, using the spinach in scrambled eggs every day, rehydrate by time eggs are done.

Economical because of less waste
I have tried most of the product in this grouping as separate purchases. All I have used have been excellent. They are easy to use and are cheaper than those canned vegetable mixes at the grocery store. Healthier too. They all taste good and I always have on hand just what I need without having things go bad in the fridge that I don't use often, so that makes them more economical as well.
