Seemed quite good - sleek, compact and easy to use - when bought and hoped that the mechanism lasts long. I thought it was wise on my part to get this primarily as a replacement for the plastic ones (on bottle-dispensers) which start crumbling after a while and dispense pieces of plastic with pepper powder😟.However, joy lasted barely for two months. The plastic (window) part gave way while I was crushing pepper over fried eggs in the pan and the entire contents including uncrushed pepper and broken plastic pieces fell in the eggs! If it is so flimsy, the manufacturer would do well to pack half a dozen spare plastic windows as well with the crusher to serve as replacement OR find a sturdier material instead for the window.When I took up the matter with the seller and requested for spare plastic window part, they declined, saying that I need to buy another piece. :( :( :(

Satisfied but very little pepper or salt falls with each press. Could be improved. Design good

Was very skeptical before placing order...but the product is really nice and has smooth finish...love the quality.

Lot of efforts for a pinch of pepper. Go for the regular ones if you can. This could be used as travel crusher.
