this is a great product to fix your own GARAGE DOOR wheels.. DO NOT PAY someone to come fix a sticking garage door , all they do is SPRAY this exact same product on the wheels and charge you $150 . also if your door is sticking .. rub vasalein on the door skirt on the top and sides of the wood trim from the house to the garage door steel. in the heat the paint from your house can caus the rubber skirt to stick and cause problems sticking when your garage door goes up and down making noise

I would never have bought this stuff, but the manufacturer of a product I was working on mandated use of this lubricant because it would not clooect dust and gum up. I wont use anything else now. It replaced my wd40, and it is very resistent to dust.
