All Thru-hikers!!! If u don't have them, u need them!! They work so well, they have been tested in several wind and rain storms, been swapped to a different pack (taken apart and put back together) still work perfectly. if you’re an hltralight hiker staying out of torrid rays or rain, these do the job. Ignore the other reviews. Six moon makes excellent products.

I have some arthritis in my hands, and was rather annoyed I had to assemble the components.

You can get 10 for a fraction of the price.Dont waste your money

Comes unassembled….this is not a trinket from inside a Crackerjack box. The problem is that even when the directions are followed for assembly (Even had a friend try to make sure the problem wasn’t my IQ), the damn thing still doesn't stay together. Bad design. Only fix was super glue and a clamp (not included). Has same value as big rubber band.

Dont bother buying.. its just 2 little bungee cords.

This is a complete rip-off. Does not include the holder shown in the photos. Description says it attaches "to backpack shoulder straps." Does your backpack have built in umbrella holder on the shoulder strap? None of mine do. Only get 2 tiny cords. Zip ties, straps or any number of fasteners could hold it place. Shipping cost was more than 60% of the items cost. It weighs .35 oz. Could have been mailed for 55¢.

Product very inferior in quality. The return is service is tedious! You have to take it to the post office and mail it and it costs $4.25 to return. Very disappointing.
