This is a fun activity for everyone. The kids completely took it over from me. There is no assembly and comes ready to use. The cord seems durable and there are different ball weight options. The head band is comfortable and fits anyone. The ball comes back at a speed depending on how hard you hit it. It does take some practice but it really fun learning. Great value for the price.

I've been having so much fun with this! There's definitely a learning curve but once I found the rhythm I've been able to keep it going. I'm even starting to do some of the more advanced movements now. I take it to work and play with it when I have a quick break. Such a simple toy but so much fun!

Not one to review but here i am... bought these to keep my cardio and boxing training on track while on vacation in Florida. Took some swings and misses the first day but once you find your rhythm it's great! Leveled up day 3 to the red ball. Been getting faster every day. Noticed a big marked increase in hand speed after 5 days.Be careful once you get to the blue ball... its tough on the knuckles.Highly recommend

Looked like fun and did not disappoint, once I got the hang of it. The heaviest ball seemed easiest, its slower, the string affects it less and does not spring off the knuckle like the foam.Just be careful with the jewels, its dense enough to hurt sensitive parts.Just hope it holds out because the string at the ball end is held by roughly a square millimeter thick bit of plastic, though a good size knot may do as well.I paid $25 or so for what is probably 25cent worth of elastic and balls, you can probably make better at home, the parts are cheap but you get different ball weights and elastic to try and plenty of spare parts;8 elastic string, (2 for each ball), 4 balls of different weight, there is foam, tennis and solid rubber, 4 carabiners, a head band and a nylon sack.I've never used the left side of my upper body for anything other than holding things like a steering wheel, so I got this just to have a fun way to build some coordination and it's working better than I thought, pure joy. If I ever get good at not hitting or snagging string it will only get better.Satisfied Customer
