Organic Zucchini Squash

Zucchini is my new favorite vegetable! I am utterly obsessed with this organic zucchini. It's so versatile, easy to cook, healthy, crunchy and delicious. I can't get groceries without getting this zucchini! It's so freakin' good! I just add a few simple seasonings, cook it in a pan and eat it with my meals. Excellent.

It is such a friendly veggie. I can do so much stuff with it. It is fav veggie being so easy to cook.For one you don't need to pill it.For two it takes few minutes for it too cookfor three you don't need water to cook itit is perfect for super fast and easy stir fries.

I have not ordered produce from Whole Foods delivery since the beginning of covid. I had ordered fresh ginger last spring and it was not useable. I decided to take a chance and was pleasantly surprised. It is dark green and firm. Not too small but not large. It is better on the smaller side, than it’s not too seedy. Very fresh zucchini.

when I cook a dish with zucchinis I need 1 pound. But since you have to order by quantity and the size varies greatly I always have to order extras to make sure I get at least 1 lbs

Just ordered this today and it looks as if it were just picked - nice and shiny and so fresh. It is now cooking in my chicken soup. Nice to add a zucchini with shallots, carrot, celery, okra, mushrooms etc. Makes a delicious healthy soup.

It's hard to trust someone else to pick your groceries and deliver them.. well..they do as good as you in choosing. So far, so good. I've received nice, fresh, firm veggies. The zucs have had nice skins - not tough.

They were soooo tiny.
