I needed ~1/2gal pots that fit in my 1020 flats. These worked perfect. I plan on buying more!

Wanted square pots so the space I have for specimen plants is used more efficiently.Read about the use of 5" 'Rose Pots' for Specimen Crocus and think these will work just fine for my specimen crocus AND other specimen plants which migrate into the sunporch for winter/early spring flowering and then back outdoors for the rest of the year.Plastic looks tough, feels good and not flimsy like the kind in pots used commercially for small starts. These look like they will last a few years outdoors in the weather.Each pot has 8ea 1/4" drainage holes - which I always cover with light weight weed barrier fabric to hold soil in and snails & slugs out. That fabric and these large drainage holes should keep over wintering outdoor plants from drowning if we get more rain than snow.Since these are untested by me, I will update this review next spring.

This is exactly what I needed. 8 of them fit perfectly in a standard tray and they aren't flimsy. Volume is roughly around 0.65 gallons each.

Sturdy enough to stand on their own. Using them for transplanting seedlings. Good value for the money. Would buy again.
