I'm sure this is a good product, but it gave me a rash. Had to stop use.

I especially like the combination of naturally medicinal ingredients. I've been using it for a few days now, and so far it's proven to be soothing, but I haven't noticed much in the way of actual healing. I will continue to use it and am hopeful that it will eventually help heal my fissures.

The balm is fairly solid when you open the jar bit warms quickly and spreads easily on the skin. A little goes a long way. I purchased this product because I had been through several other over the counter products with the same claims. Some made the itching and burning worse, others had minimal effect on the discomfort.The first couple applications didn't provide much relief (why I knocked off one star) but didn't make the problem worse either. By day 3 of 3 applications per day, the itching and burning began to significantly subside. By day 5 it was gone.I've also successfully used this on my 2.5 yr old for diaper rash. He has a dairy allergy with a severe GI response and often gets fissures after accidental exposure. The balm helped the redness after 1 day and I continued to use with every dirty diaper change until his reaction was under control, about 5 days. Worked much better than other diaper creams and petroleum based products. The lavendar and calendula fragrance was light but soothing. Very little, to no pain relief, and absolutely no shrinkage. As a matter of fact, I believe the hemroids grew larger. The product is way to soft in my opinion. Don’t waste your time. Very disappointing.I have been charged double for this item, cannot contact amazon about problem. Refund is $17.10, $21.40 short of what my account was charged. What’s up with that?

I ordered this for my wife who has a medical condition that makes her poor butt awfully sore at times. She had used several over the counter medications for this condition, and they do help, but not enough. Looking for something else that might work, I came across this ointment. Whenever I see “all natural” in a description, I tend to get skeptical about the products effectiveness. That’s not the case with this product.Not speaking from personal experience, but relaying the opinion of the actual user, this stuff works as well as, if not better than, the stuff you will find on the store shelves. She was really happy that I found this. In fact, she had me order a second jar so we could have one in both bathrooms, and will reorder when it runs out.Personally, I don’t care about all-natural, vegan, non g.m.o., etc. What I care about is whether it works or not. For my wife, it does.

Did not work for me. It was effective as coconut oil which basically sooths dry area.

I don’t know about what it’s supposed to do, but I do know that it is a really pleasant scent that I (go ahead and laugh, cuz it sounds bizarre) … use as perfume. Or rubbing it on muscles in my neck gets rid of headaches, muscle tension. Will definitely buy more.
