It's been a little over a year and the zippers are falling apart. This is the only design flaw I have found about this real nice backpack. It's used 5 days a week for work. An employee fixed it the first time the zipper came off it's track, that lasted 2 weeks and it happened again. I will not buy a replacement. Looking for another backpack for that I don't have to replace every year with light usage.

Had a black one just like this that lasted me 10 years. The zippers finally broke on it so I bought another one. I truly love this bag! So many things fit into it, and it’s so easy to organize! Highly recommend this bag!!

This bag is great except it doesn’t hold up. The first one, one of the shoulder straps ripped. The second one, the zipper has come apart in two spots now. Very disappointing as I love this bag.

I've used this bag consistently for the past 6 months to store electronics and am very impressed with the quality and storage capacity.Aside from some frayed material on the front of the bag and around the straps, it has held together well and continues to serve as a great way to organize my electronics; I travel frequently and the price/quality of this bag is hard to beat!

I love this backpack and have owned 3 but i have to keep getting new ones when it falls apart sometimes in just a few months.

I bought this bag for everyday use to carry around my Lenovo X1 Yoga (Gen1) laptop and my iPad 2 between home and work. I was looking for a bag that was slim, lightweight, and can withstand everyday uses. The description on their website is spot on, so I do recommend those interested to go thru the product description and pictures.The insert for the laptop area is actually lined with an extremely soft fleece like material, this is also the same for the insert for the iPad/tablet area. I've been carrying my laptop 5x7 to work everyday and my laptop is still in great condition. This is a soft backpack case, so I did treat it as such.The zipper is wonderful, admittedly I never had to walk in the rain with the backpack, I believe that it is water resistant and can withstand light drizzle. I would not be worried getting caught in light rain.The GRID-IT system is a wonder !!!! It keeps everything I need in its place.I gave it a 5 star rating but I did experience a quality issue with my particular bag and it was covered under their warranty without issues. Even with the small problem, the customer support was so pleasant that I'm giving this a 5 star rating. I'm sure that the problem I experienced is extremely limited, as my replacement bag did not exhibit the problem after 2 years of everyday use.My recommendations:I recommend this company to everyone! They have a great idea with the GRID-IT system, premium materials, and great technical support. I will definetly buy from them again.

This is a well designed and versatile thin backpack. It holds more than you think, while remaining a very tight package. Great for the discardian.EDIT : The shoulder strap fell apart after a month of very light use. Seems to be a design flaw with the type of fabric and the stitching. This is a great bag and I'm returning it with a heavy heart. This isn't what I expect from a £78 bag!EDIT 2 : OK, a new bag was sent out, and the fabric inside is slightly different (i.e. a new batch). This time all appears well. I've used it for around two months and none of the stitching has come apart. Happy to return this to a five star review. This is a great design if you want a very slim rucksack for just your laptop and essentials. 2 stars back to 5 stars.

One of the shoulder straps started coming apart within a couple of months. Now bad enough I’m going to have to get a new bag.From what I read this is a fault present since 2015, so I don’t expect it to change if I went for a replacement. Not worth the hassle.Shame as otherwise the bag suits me very well. Fits a 15in MBP, 12.9 in iPad Pro, bunch of cables and sometimes a small lunch box.The search continues...

The bag is slim I get that, it's written in the name. The material of the backpack is great but it's quite hard and this prevents the bag from expanding therefore there's not much you can do with the bag. If a laptop is inside with an iPad in the main compartment the bag has basically no more room the most you could add after the laptop and iPad in the main compartment is a notebook and a slim one at that. The grid is great but once again due to the bag being slim you can't put something thick into the grids compartment, for example a perfume bottle, it can be placed into the grids compartment but you find difficulty in closing the zip so it's a tight fit. I guess it just wasn't what I was expecting. All in all a great bag just not good for me.

The zip popped open the first time I tried to close it. It is not strong enough to handle the bag being well packed.Otherwise looks good and is very slim, I would recommend only if you expect to use it just to carry a laptop and not any accessories that might fill it out.

I'm not a super organised person and the type of person whose bag is a bag of clutter. I'd have to search through it for a few minutes to find what I need – in this case I see it instantly.It's also made me much more aware of what I need to take around with me and chucked a lot of what I didn't out of the bag. I can only fit a laptop and a couple of books/notebooks in the main section of the bag – which means I'm not packing spare clothes etc in there but also travelling more lightweight.
