Really good flavor. Definitely has some spice to it! High quality and will buy again.

It can be so hard to find chicken sausage that is not only PORK FREE but also contains a casing that is PORK FREE. Many chicken sausages contain a “natural” casing— which is pork.Served these for the holiday & The flavor is amazing. My visiting mother in law actually froze these (after I bought another 10) and took them home on her flight!

It was a little spicy and I LOVE a kick to my food so I only ate 1. However I would buy again. The next day I cut up some of the sausage and added to a casserole with clams/ veg / and pasta and my husband loved it. I will also use it to make jambalaya and it should be awesome for that. The texture is like sausage not like a hot dog like some other organic sausages. I also like the organic lemon herb Blinskis. Its good alone or with a red sauce. LOVE that there is NO SUGAR in them.

Excellent, makes terrific gumbo. To my surprise, better than D’Artagnan’s pork andouille. Skip the Whole Foods brand, it’s flat and flavorless. This is the best I’ve found.

I recently used this sausage in jambalaya. It unfortunately had little flavor typical of andouille sausage. Additionally, it was rather mushy/spongy in texture. I’ll keep looking for a chicken based andouille substitute.

This sausage is delicious, tender, without casings, has a great flavor (though mild); we added some Cajun seasoning and served it with onions and organic coastal veggies sauteed in a skillet and it was one of the best dinners I've made. Thank you for this product!

Just got these tonight and OMg are they great! One cooking tip I’d suggest would be to cut the sausage in to circles (I made mine thin) and heat a pan with some olive oil and cook the pieces until they’re to your liking, but constantly keep flipping. I’ll be getting these again they were great!

Better than I could have hoped for my gumbo. It’s got good flavor and a nice kick. Would definitely buy again for any future andouille needs and would try the other flavors too.
