Best manual stapler I have had yet
This stapler is absolutely the best. I was using an Arrow stapler trying to redo some seat cushions and the staples were not being driven into the wood all the way and bending. So I found I had a box of the older Duo fast staples (green box) and decided to try one of these units after reading the reviews. I was not sure the older staples would work. Well, to my surprise they work fine AND this stapler drives the staples into the wood with ease and no bending. I love this stapler! It's the best one I have owned so far. Highly recommend for any tough job.

One of the only remaining wide-crown manual staple guns on the market. Works well so far.
Most of the other wide (1/2") crown manual staple guns are no longer being sold (Craftsman, Swingline, Arrow, etc.) so you don't have much choice here. There was one staple gun I saw that could use both narrow crown and wide crown staples but I didn't trust it to work without jamming. This stapler seems to be made pretty well. The spring mechanism in the loader puts a lot of pressure on the staples so they advance properly, which was the problem with my old wide crown Craftsman staple gun.

Excellent product
Durable, best stapler on the market. I’ve been through many many different brands of staplers, none come close. Worth every dollar I have spent .

Very good roofing stapler
I bought this to replace an Arrow T50 stapler that I finally lost patience with. I should have made this switch years ago. The Duo-Fast is FAR more reliable than the Arrow in putting staples through tar paper and deep into plywood. I've lost count of the number of jammed staples I've had to dismantle my Arrow stapler to fix. There are a couple of niggling little things that I would like to see improved on the Duo-Fast (and I admit they are pretty small...):1) The spring loader that you remove to insert staples and then re-insert to hold the staples is VERY hard to latch back into place. It takes a lot of putzing to fully insert it that last 1/4 inch so that it will lock in place.2) The handle that you squeeze to fire the staple must be fully opened in order to load the next staple. And it's a wide opening because the handle is so long. I have to make an extra effort to open the handle more than what is comfortable for me, probably because I don't have big hands. But I have no regrets buying this Duo-Fast. My old, problem-plaqued, untrusted Arrow is now in the recycle bin.

Good stapler
It does just what it says it does and does it well. No jamming or other shortfalls. I've done 2 projects with it and it hasn't let me down. Reviews of other staplers revealed jamming was an issue so I went with the Duo Fast. Building a stapler shouldn't be rocket science. A simple tool that simply does it's job over and over without problems is all I ask. The Duo Fast delivers.

Didn't last
I use these every day. I don't know if these are refurbished but these guns are top of the line staple guns. I owned around 12 of these. These are the only ones that gave me problems. Like I said. I use them every day and If I get two years out of them I'm happy. Some of them you got to break them in. Those are brand new and never been used or tested. But these I bought from this seller never worked right. Half sleeve of staples and it doesn't feed no more. Staples gets jammed all the time. I know the best staples to use cause there so many types. I'm a qualified user and tried them all.

Works great!
As a tradesman, duo fast is the only superior brand stapler to use. It works great, with a power knob to adjust power and depth of the staple

Best there is
My brother, who is an excellent carpenter, said this was the best stapler around. He was right. Looks like all the others, but is smooth, powerful and DOES NOT JAM. I had two Arrows, both jammed at times when you needed them most. Not this one.
