nuLOOMHand Hooked Marrakech Trellis Area Rug, 5x8, Baby Pink

We purchased this rug in March for my sons bedroom. We don’t wear our shoes in the house and the rug really isn’t in a high traffic area. We have only had it for about 4 months and it’s already falling apart around the edges. There are also multiple sections on the rug that are piling and falling apart. It just doesn’t look good and for the price it’s disappointing that this is happening after only 4 months of use! I bought this because I wanted natural wool and not something synthetic for my sons room. I would definitely not recommend this brand.

I really wanted to love this rug. The color and style are perfect, but the quality isn't great. I haven't even had this rug a year and it's already snagged in many places, even though we are gentle on it. The wool is incredibly scratchy and it's never stopped shedding profusely. I'm tired of wool bits on my clothes and all over my house, so I'm looking for a different rug.

Love the colors, very neutral and gives my feet the little cushion they need. Relatively thin, so easy to vacuum. I did not put a pad down since it was pretty big, and it’s laying down nicely. I haven’t noticed a horrendous amount of shedding, but it’s only been a week in a bedroom with a bed covering the majority of it. I Will update if things change.

Love my new rug. It looks exactly like the picture. The rug is very thick and of good quality. The white lines are off white. The backside of the rug is soft and not scratchy like my previous rugs. I had no trouble with the ends curling up after 1 day.

Love this rug, it is a beautiful addition to our master bedroom. This rug is HEAVY, I mean really heavy. Great quality, great colors (color true to online picture). The white lattice part is a higher pile then the grey area and is an off white. Would I recommend this rug? AbsolutelyWould I purchase this rug again? AbsolutelyAnd it's a great price!

This rug shed like crazy until I bought a brush-roll vacuum. Until then my toddler was constantly covered in the little hairs. It started pilling almost right away in front of the couch where our feet end up. We will have to replace this soon as it does not look nice in that spot.

This is a great rug. I purchased the beige coloured one, it's a nice neutral oat colour, the colour is exactly as pictured. I wonder if this is the same with the other colours, but the natural coloured wool has fibers in it in places (straw) which I kind of expected at this price point. The rug itself is soft, it's not synthetic soft, it's wool soft, I'm not sure what other commenters are complaining about this point. The smell wasn't bad, smelled like a wool rug lol, like untreated wool. I did have to damped the edges to get it to lie flat, super easy only took a couple hours for the edges to relax out. It does shed quite a bit, I have it in my bedroom with most of the rug under my bed so I'm concerned with this point, but if I were to roll around in it, im sure I'd look like I had a cat. This rug could benefit from something underneath to keep it from sliding if you don't have something heavy on it. I purchased corner stickies and it works just fine.

Overall satisfied with this purchase. Does not shed much as other wool rug- previously I ordered a shag rug from the same company, and it was horrible! It was big fluff shedding animal. Do not buy shag rugs from nuLOOM- save your time and money.Anyway this hand hooked rug is great. Neutral colour, but raised trellis gives interesting and classy look. It is NOT super soft, some peole who have sensitive skin may think it is scratchy. But personally I like the feeling of genuine wool.The rug has good weight, I didn’t use a rug pad. Good thickness as well.

Good material. Wool. Made well and looks expensive. Great price. Not sure how long it will last at my front door but for now I am pleased.

Definitely sheds alot but is good quality. Color looks great and it was a great price. I like it and hope it will last for many years for my daughter.

i moved my new house, so i just opened the package right now and it comes !! it’s dirty, and smells sooooooo bad!! i’m so sad :(
