I really like this tool. It's a comfortable grip and light weight. It is not a construction jobsite type tool, but it's a great homeowner DIY type tool. My first one I have had for years and unfortunately loaned it to a neighbor... it has not worked the same since. The other unfortunate thing is manufacturers stop making things after a couple of years even if it's a good product. I bought this replacement one at twice the original price but I really like the tool and I needed another one. Plus I have extra batteries...

I already had a Nextec drill and multi-tool that have batteries and I love their compact size yet capability. I've seen impact drivers around but never really gave them much thought. I was looking for other Nextec tools since I already had the batteries and came across this. After getting it and driving screws into wood now without stripping the heads, I'm wondering what on earth I've been thinking all this time? If you already have a cordless drill and think you don't need this - think again and get one.

Love this thing I'm doing small projects and repairs around the house and other properties. This thing can suck pt 2x4's together with 3" screws or seat door hinge and lockset screws very quickly if you are doing decking or heavy work all day you may need something stronger I now own 2 screw guns a multi tool, which I've had for several years, and this beauty I call them the babies they're so lite weight easy to use and travel with so I get my work done. This little gun was pleasantly and surprisingly strong for a small package I've already broken not chewed but broke 2 dewalt phillips bits

I have 7 different Nextec tools and find them great for light duty chores around the house. I use construction screws on all my wood projects and this driver is lightweight, easy to use, and has enough torque to fasten construction screws up to 2.5" in particle board and light density wood. It is a pleasure to use in cramped spaces and overhead and the battery life is pretty good. This works fine on 80% of my projects. If I need something with more driving power, I switch to my heavier Ryobi impact driver.

I love the product. It’s compact. Battery life is reasonable. I’m a professional roofer and I use this to drive literally tens of thousands of screws. It’s tough, ergonomic and a lot lighter than the previous 19.2volt version.

I bought one of these about 5 years ago from local Sears and have used it a lot, still working fine. I decided to buy another one just in case if I loose it since I have 3 batteries for it.
