Update: I’ve read reviews that the fan runs constantly. It does if you have it on that setting, and it’s a little confusing to operate. First, use the settings icon to designate your preferred heat setting (high, low, or eco). Then, press the fan button. All other display settings will disappear except the fan icon. If the icon is on, the fan will run constantly. Press the fan button again and the icon will disappear. Then press the power button to return to your heat settings. This will allow the unit to turn off (after about 30 seconds of cooling down) when the desired temperature is reached.I got this one in particular as it has a child lock out. You press and hold the up/down buttons at the same time for three seconds, then hear a beep to know it’s activated/deactivated. However, there is a master switch on the back of the heater that my toddlers have found and flipped - it’s not affected by the child lock. I get the importance of it and at least the child lock keeps the kiddos from playing with the temperature - this switch is just on or off. When it's switched back on the child lock is no longer engaged. The remote does not work when the child lock is activated, so I haven’t used the remote at all. I like that it has a high and low setting as well as an eco setting of 68 degrees which is what I want my twins’ room to hold at during the night. The top front grille does get hot when it’s running. Reliable product for a good price compared to other products out there.

I purchase this item due to listening to my friend and they talk about their heater system going out due to the age of the home. I thought about it and purchase the heater and BAM. My home heated went out. It was great to have it warm up the bedroom and living room for us as we got the heating system repair. I really like that we can move it from room to room. I know that it is strange that you talk about something and it happens to you right after you prepare yourself for that events. The size make it easy to move with the wheel on it. This was a great purchase for us at the right time. I really thank my friend for the head up. The right price at the right time.

I just got this. Opened box and plugged it in. Works great. 15° here in North Dakota today.. This thing is heating my motor home well. The big furnace hasn't kicked on yet

Blows mad heat - seems built pretty well - 1500sq ft ranch w open main floor where thermostat is located. Does nice regulating heat from rooms to main living area, cuts down on furnace big time (for my set up). Comes with instructions and remote and sturdy box. Hope it lasts 12.12.19

Only have had this unit two days, and already super pleased. Needed to use it in my garage and outside temps been getting down in the 20's at night. it really throws out some heat. No, not 70* but enough to take the cold out and make it decent. Love the three settings of low, med, high. Unit does not get hot. Love that it is on wheels for easy movement. Comes with remote and temp setting as well as timed settings. Price super reasonable.

First off, my wife was so excited about the wooden finish, dark brown color and the compact size of the heater. We were looking for a space heater for the basement and bedroom and this fit our requirements perfectly. Light weight and easy to move around with the wheels. With the tilt protection [where it turns off when tilted a few degrees], we like it with the kids around in the basement.Using the remote, it is easy to control all functions of the heater. There is only one thing that I wasnt happy about - the sound while changing settings. It is loud and can wake you up in the night if someone is changing the temp or settings on the heater.Overall, we like the heater for its efficiency and design

This heater heats well and it is slightly quieter than ceramic heaters I've used. The tilt shut-off works well. I knocked this heater one star because of the really loud beep when I turn it on and off and when I change the temperature. The loud beep means I cannot use it in the bedroom where my husband is sleeping.

Sorry to say the remove control DOES not work!New batteries,remote lights up but no function control!The only good thing is Amazon will send out a complete new unit! Is there no quality control at flame more?😖😖😖😖😖

The item is faulty, it shuts off just within 2 mins for no reason.It seems the IC is faulty and getting overheated in a minute
