Is this game eligible for the Prime Pre Order discount?

I pre-ordered this about 3 months ago and was expecting prime savings like I do with all my games. I received an email yesterday that it was shipped and I was charged $32.48. I thought to myself "That can't be right, the game is $29.99 before prime savings and the page even shows prime savings at $23.99"  I called amazon's customer service and the lady played dumb at first saying the discount was applied. I said to her with free shipping and a discount to $23.99 how can the price jump to $32.48? She had to go get her manager, and after talking for 5 minutes they realized the price difference of $8. She initially tried to offer me a $8 amazon credit as the only option of refund and I told her how ridiculous it was to have to lose $8 bucks because of amazon's mistake? I already pay $100 bucks a year for prime! She had to take another 2 minutes with her supervisor but they then asked for the last 4 of my card and issued me my refund. morale of the story, from now on keep an eye out on how much amazon is actually charging you regardless if the ad shows prime savings.

Does Sonic Mania Plus still come with the art book? since the preview image was changed to just the cartridge box.

I reached out to customer service and this is what they said:

Upon checking I see that Holographic package, SEGA Genesis reversible cover and 32 page art book are not mentioned in the description.

Upon further research I found that the reversible jacket artwork is included in this order, however we couldn't find any description for other items.

In this case I kindly request you to contact the manufacture directly as they can provide you more information regarding this item.

It sounds to me that only a limited number of games include the holographic package and 32 page art book which probably sold out when the preorders went live. Amazon removed the picture and description to reflect what buyers will be getting if they order this now. Everyone that preordered it when that description and image was up is probably fine but I don’t know. This is just my assessment of it. Maybe call amazon directly and find out if you are one of those who preordered it when it first went live.

Does this have more content than the digital release that is available now?

To be specific, the digital copy will have the extra content available as paid DLC. The physical cartridge will include the DLC pre-loaded into it.
