Determined to boost my immunity defence system when the virus first started to spread, I bought this to have something immediate I could use to nip in the bud any suspicious throat tingling or coughing, as soon as it began. But the more I read about all the positive properties of Elderberry, the more I understood it would be even better to use this at the beginning of each day as a healthy preventative measure, as well as later on if I felt anything coming on, or if I wanted it to work all night while I slept.It's is my first time with this particular brand and product, but I'm a big fan (and a big believer) now. It takes just two spritzes each time; it has a pleasant, soothing feel and a gentle, mild taste; and it has quickly, genuinely eased my throat on the few occasions when I felt something might be starting & took it straight away. Don't let the price scare you off in any way, because my one bottle has lasted several months now, and I can taste the quality of the ingredients vs. the chemical harshness you get in a lot of commercial throat sprays. This one is a cabinet keeper.

No added sugar and still has a nice flavor profile. Easier to use in spray form, just two sprays and done so no mess involved. I have been using elderberry for years around cold and flu season to keep my immune system boosted. I do not eat or use sugar in my diet as I am borderline diabetic so when I can find items that contain no sugar it is always a bonus.Proper safety seal on bottle when arrived, clearly marked expiration date and bottled in amber glass so it retains viability. Good value for the cost, I recommend it if you are limiting sugar intake and still want the benefits from using elderberry

The only problem I have is it has already expired and the return window is closed.

Took a while to receive my order...I had received a "product delivered" e-mail however it was not so amazon sent another (took a couple weeks to get) I love the taste and convenience of this product however I am not sure of the quality and effectiveness as I've only just began using it.I purchased this particular one because of the statement about the quality so I am looking forward to the benefits that will hopefully follow. I haven't used long enough to know if it helps prevent colds. But, it tastes good and feel it sure can't hurt! Wish the sprayer worked though. It doesn't spray, but dribbles down on the outside of the sprayer. Kind of a hassle to remove the spray top and pour a little bit into a spoon. Am giving it 5 stars though as the company seems reputable and the stuff tastes good.

It works instantly. The taste isn’t that good like they said but it’s manageable.

I waited to write a review, because I wanted to see if it would help my immunity (I usually get sick this time of year) but WOW! It really helped! I haven’t been sick once! I love this its not too sweet, and doesn’t taste fake and syrupy like other brands. I feel like I’m paying for real berry extract! LOVE this product!
