Holy functioning pockets batman!
I ordered a 10- long after reading the reviews to order a size up, and it fits nearly perfect! I am 5'4" 140, athletic. The waist sits barely above my hip bones, and the length is absolutely perfect. I love having my pants long, and these stack really well when I wear my boots, and when I'm barefoot, I actually walk on the the hem, which, to me, is perfect. The legs are loose, which I like because it doesn't restrict my movement, but I did anticipate the pants being a little more snug in the butt and pelvis area. They are not super baggy, but not as snug as I thought they'd be.The material is heavy duty, I can work all day in the summer heat and not sweat too badly, but I can tell they will be great winter pants too.And lastly, HOLY POCKETS BATMAN! I have been looking for pants with actual cargo pockets, and these have surpassed any other brand. I have pockets everywhere! And they are actually functioning pockets! Dividers in the thigh cargo, multiple pen/small tool pockets, deep front and rear pockets, calf pockets, a credit card/cash butt pocket, I'm telling ya, you'll never run out of pocket space!Over all, I love these pants. And I thought I should mention, I do not work in a medical field, but my job requires a lot of heavy lifting, driving, lots of movement, pens, notepads, heavy keys and a hand-held scanner. These pants have not let me down, slid off my butt with the weight of all my gear, constricted my movement, nothing. I love them! And, my shirt stays tucked in because of the little rubber like strip around the back of the waist, but it doesn't irritate me when I don't tuck my shirt in.

the best pants ever
fit was perfect lots of pockets it has sticky material on the inside of the back of the waistband to keep them up so I've never ever had to even pull them up and all the bending over when doing stuff like that they're just so nice because most pants it doesn't matter what kind of pants they are as soon as you bend over there sliding down my hips and then I got new pull up it's always ridiculous not these they fit like literally like a glove

Feels sturdy, sizing a bit off
I got a 10. A 10 in jeans usually is loose in the waist and right in the hips, thighs, and stuff for me.For these pants, a 10 was too tight in the waist (its not high waist so lower right above the hip bone), but still leaves a gap in the back when I squat. A bit tight in the crotch, giving uncomfy vibes. But workable. How it feels in the fitting is more mens fit. Small hips. No size 12, so will have to make this work. It works, but i might have preferred a 12 and just wear a belt, than something tight in certain places. Knee and below is extremely baggy, comfy.

Work or activewear pants ... need 2 sizes bigger !
Bought one size bigger, as recommended by website. Really tight around tummy and butt seam! Fabric seems durable but stiff. Get TWO sizes BIGGER if you need to move around in these ... especially for work or activities requiring bending, kneeling, or climbing up on things. Rubber inside waistband is a bit chaffing against skin. But, lots of pockets and places to hang things. Plenty of single-slot pockets for pens! Price is high but may be worth it IF they're as water-resistant as the video shows.

They fit like EMS pants should
As someone who is right on the border between 'regular' and 'petite' in height (5' 3.5") with fairly full hips and thighs, I was extremely scared to order EMS pants online. I was also very frustrated with how few choices I seemed to have in regards to EMS pants designed for women. With few other options than ordering online, I used one of the reviews below to choose my size. These fit me perfectly. I normally wear a size 6 in American Eagle (I wear a 27 or 28 waist by number), either a 'regular' or a 'short' depending upon the style, and these fit similar to those in the waist. They fit like EMS pants should: they aren't baggy, but they aren't too tight to squat down or spend a night sleeping in. After a couple of washes, the material was super comfortable. When I have a shift where I can choose to wear these or jeans, I choose these every time. They are made and designed really well to be functional and fit a woman's body. I absolutely recommend these. For me they were worth the extra money for the fit and quality. I have had these for around 6 months and am extremely happy with them still. I also highly recommend the 5.11 Women's Tactical Boots as well.

EMT Pants
My daughter loves them. She is an EMT and she said they are comfy. They run a little small. She usually wears a 6/8 and I had to get her a 10.

Great pants for paramedics!
Great pants for the long legged woman, I got the long pant version as I'm 5'11" and size 6 (normally a 4 but other reviews said they fit a bit small so I ordered one up) and the fit was near perfect which can be very difficult for a tall woman ordering womens pants. Most designers seem to think the taller the woman the wider the pants when it comes to work wear, but these pants are great for my body type (athletic/not too slender and tall built) Love the adjustable waistband - it was set a little tight but the adjustable option made that irrelevant! And perfect for my paramedic training program as the pockets are very convenient on the thigh and can hold a lot and very durable and are pretty comfy. I haven't worn them a lot yet but thus far a great buy!

Low waist long legs
Will look good if you like low-waisted clothes with long legs. If you want a high-waist and you have short legs get the men's pants, which are unfortunately more expensive.

Amazing Pants
I’m a PEO (parking enforcement officer) working on foot, walking 15-20km per day. These pants are so so comfy, and all the pockets allow me to carry everything with me. My handheld device, my cell phone, notebook/pen, chalk, paperwork, keys, the list goes on. Will be buying more of these!

High quality pants
Excellent pair of trousers for any emergency personnel out there. Very sturdy, with plenty of pockets for all stuff. True to size and excellent fit for female bodies. They may feel a bit stiff at first so if you’re between sizes you may want to go up the size for a wider fit. I own 5.11 Stryker pants in the same size (UK8) and they feel a bit loose compared to these, perhaps due to the different fabric used. Just wish they were more readily available in the UK, and in the (private ambo) green, too.

Love all the pockets!
These pants have so many pockets and that's amazing! I don't have to go digging in bottomless pits for my penlight or my notepad. Even the pockets have pockets! The only downside is the pants are a little stiff and hard to bend in (maybe I just haven't worn them long enough?) Either way, I still think they're great!
