Homebeez Tufted Storage Ottoman Bench Velvet Footrest Stool with Lift Top & Nailhead Trim (Navy Blue)

The listing shows a beautiful deep navy blue. The listing says "Navy". The box says "Dark Blue". But sadly for me, it's Gray, with a purplish tint. These photos were taken in the daytime, with light from my window shining on the front. At night it looks like indigo. Also the feet are lighter brown than pictured--medium brown, not dark brown. I don't know why the other reviewers are saying it looks just like the picture. I bought it based on those reviews and was really anxious to get it. What a disappointment. Maybe I got one from a different bolt of fabric-- one that had faded in the sun and gotten that weird purplish tint?Also, it has tufting but no buttons, which looks kind of odd in my opinion.The fabric is a thin velvet with a nice luster, and the inside is lined with stretchy fabric instead of polypropylene like most of the others, so that's cool. But I'm sending this back because of the color. I'm really disappointed.I really hope my photos and description are helpful to others.

The ottoman looks and feels great. Love the storage compartment. Perfect fit for my vanity. I am alittle disappointed in the color, I ordered the olive green and it is more of a Grey Green, the box stated color light Grey, so not sure if I even received the correct one. Really wanted a true olive green. Hopefully it holds up over time, since I am replacing a 30 year old stool.

Lovely large ottoman. Faux leather but hard to tell. Looks very well made with sizable storage. But on opening lid, smell was like a dead animal had been stored there. I sprayed the interior with Lysol and left it open. Four days later, still smells but not as bad. I would be remiss to store anything inside, especially linen. Made in China.

Really nice piece, navy is rich and dark, grommets are great, storage is nice decent size for ancouple of blankets and overall sturdiness is great.

This piece is very well made, the construction is impeccable and the materials are very high quality. The high mechanism for the lid operates so smoothly you hardly even notice it. I use this in my bedroom for a little bit of extra storage for clothes (I need to declutter my wardrobe!) and it's an amazing addition to the overall look and functionality of the room.

I really like the color and the nailhead trim detail, the storage is perfect for 2 large blankets. Bonus that the material is not tempting for my cat to scratch.

Other than the screws being completely ripped out of the top. I really love this piece. I am using it somewhere where that won't effect me but if u were planning on everyday use, definitely would be a deal breaker
