I needed this item urgently due to needing to rehabilitating an injured sparrow back to flight. The man at the end of the phone but was great to do business with. Very friendly and efficient. The cage arrived by the next afternoon and it is everything Jack needs. Lots of room to hop around. Enough 'up' to stretch those wing muscles. Much lighter than expected but that's good for me as it is easier for one person to move around than I thought it would be. We couldnt be happier. Thank you so much PackagePets crew!
