Don't know about weight loss yet, but sleep has improved since started taking.

I'm thinking this is working but not on it's own.
When I ordered this I got a morning mid day and evening tablets. I've been away and eaten lots of naughty things but I took the tablets religiously, I had been taking for a week or so. But I still lost weight so I am guessing that these are actually working. Certainly better than any others I have tried.

Hasn’t helped me sleep,lose weight or helped with energy levels . So £20 plus pound down the drain for nothing

Not noticed any weight loss but I am on high dozes of corticosteroids at the minute but they definitely help me sleep.

Disappointed
I had bought this product a few times as it really helped me sleep but they have changed the formula and now it has no effect. Very sad as it was the only product that had worked to give a good night’s sleep
