This product design is fundamentally wrong
This product is fundamentally design problem. there is no handle to hold this product. very difficult to put on flight overhead or train overhead position. I am unable to return this product hence it's a waste of my money eventually. Not recommended to buy at all this specific product. I have used the same brand other products , it was good

Missing handle
The product came without a handle on the top. The quality is alright, and it’s comfortable. But I don’t understand how it was delivered without a handle on top.
