These are not new cartridges. These are not original cartridges. These are aftermarket cartridges that have clearly been refilled and refilled POORLY. I stress the POORLY part because when you open the cartridges you will find toner dust all over the cartridges.Against my better judgement I put these cartridges inside my printer. Now the inside of my printer is a mess and when I print pages I have color streaks going down the entire length of my pages.So by saving some money with the GARBAGE toner cartridges I have ruined a perfectly good printer. Now I will have to test the return policy to see if I really get my money back. Small concession if I do because I lost my printer. If they repair the damage their toners did to my printer I will revise my review from one star to five stars. But I won't hold my breath.I have had countless printers over the years. I know how to replace toners and I know how to do it without damaging anything. The problems I am having are not due to user error. I did nothing wrong. Other than buying these cartridges.I cannot say this in more certain and more strong terms. DO NOT BUY THESE TONER CARTRIDGES! If you do, you do so at the peril of your printer.

These cartridges work really great. I would give them 5 stars, but I did run into some issues. First was what some have mentioned, you install the new toner and the printer throws an error code. I turned the printer off, and everything reset and is fine. The last issue is I got some blue edges for about 20 pages. This too went away. For the price these are a great deal! I printed some full color pictures, and drawings and they came out looking the same to me as what I printed with my originals. Will buy again. :)

Does not work. It will break your printer. You have to do carpet cleaning also.I have installed only one cartridge (Y). Printer did not recognize it. I could not take this cartridge out of the printer (even though I was able to take out the other 3 - the original ones, not from this seller).It ruined my printer. In addition I had to do carpet cleaning due to spilled toner.Conclusion: stay away from this seller / item. It was cheap but the losses of using it go beyond the item price - broken printer, cleaning carpet, lost significant time.

I had previously replaced a Black Do it Wiser toner on my KM1690MF and had good luck with it (many copies made). So I went for this set of toner cartridges. I replaced all 3 color cartridges (Saved the black since still working from previous change). Everything is working great, tested on a few color pages and happy with result. My old work horse Konica Minolta 1690MF has new life.

They did not fit good.After a day one of them came unseated and jammed the printer so bad it would only work intermittantly after the it was taken apart and reassembled. I finally gave up and replaced them with Konica/Minolta cartridges. By then it was too late, the printer was hosed.

Items were neatly packaged and arrived quickly - but when it comes down to it the toner does not print flawlessly as stated.I print labels and stickers for my business and I tested several sheets - the colors come out blotchy and left marks all over the paperI ruined several sheets of expensive sticker labels on this lousy toner. Now I have to foot the bill to return the junk.Very upset - why not sell product that works.As a side note, the toner that came with the printer, printed lovely stickers.

Great value I had a hard time installing the last one there was no booklet.

Got it in 2 days & installed without any problems, printed a few pages to check it out & good as any other toner I used including the OEM but got a complete set of 4 for less then 1 OEM, very happy with toner & cheap enough that I don't have to refill & make a mess, I printed a quick pic of my GF on plan paper & it's as good as it gets
