The salt I bought was 5 lbs, including the bag, so it will be less than 5 lbs of salt. That is my only problem with the purchase. The salt is great in flavor and just so everyone knows it will be moist, so even though it says it is fine, it will not be able to be used in a salt shaker. Some of the salt will be chunky in size. I put some in a salt container that I can get a pinch out of, or use a spoon for larger amounts. It may have some debris in it as well. I'm not sure what it was but appeared to be some kelp or something like that. I'm not concerned about the debris that I saw in it. I also plan on making sole with some of mine which will be perfect for using in my water or to add to something where you want it dissolved already.

This is the highest quality salt you can buy anywhere, and full of nutrients we can no longer get from our soil so our bodies are very depleted.. The reason it’s moist is because they are dried in the sun naturally. No artificial drying process.

This salt tastes incredible. Yes, it's clumpy and kind of moist but I don't care. It's fantastic on eggs, etc. And Dr. Berg recommended it on Youtube and the man only makes fabulous recommendations. It's also very good for you with all those minerals. A bit expensive but you are giving your body what it needs.

I love this salt! The flavor is great and not as salty as other salt. I like knowing it has so many minerals. The price went up significantly since the first time I bought it so that’s the biggest downside and may deter me from buying it again.

I really like the taste of this salt. But I do have a problem, when it arrives it is in a moist condition and will need drying out to be used effectively in a salt shaker. I weighed my 5lb bag when it arrived, it was right on 5lbs. however after putting it in my air fryer on dehydrate for a couple of hours, stirring it occasionally I took it out and placed it back in the bag it came in. I decided to weigh it again, to my surprise it now weighed 4lbs 13.8 oz so you do loose some weight with water loss. Just FYI

Very good quality salt, high in minerals and not so high in sodium chloride. Has a good taste.

This is pure and has the potassium that you need. Regular salt like the umbrella girl is full of plastics and is just too salty. This stuff simply tastes fantastic. And it's good for you.

Absolutely love the taste but the salt is so damp I couldn't use it in a salt shaker. I do, however, use it for cooking but it never dries out enough to use as table salt. I live in the Mojave desert and left it out in a bowl for 10 days and it never dried out in the least. In the end, the taste is sublime and if I ever run out, I will purchase again.
