I have 4 large-breed dogs at home: 1 Labrador Retriever, 2 German Shepherds, and 1 Rottweiler. Two of the pack are still under a year old, one of the shepherds and the rottie. All 4 of them are the WORST for slinging water EVERYWHERE when they drink, even if they're not slurping at lightspeed. We have all original hardwoods, so water sitting on the floor is a no-go, not to mention when it's on the floor, it gets on their dirty paws and before you know it, I'm swiffering the floor for the 3rd time that day. This mat works like a charm! It's saved my sanity for sure. It catches everything, dries quickly, and even picks up some of the dirt on their paws from when they first come in from the backyard. I haven't had to wash it yet, but I can already tell that it will be easy to do. Just will need to do an extra spin cycle since it's so absorbent. I'd been wanting a Soggy Doggy mat, but they're so expensive for a decent size, and this looked like a good alternative. Welp, it did not disappoint! It works just as well as the Soggy Doggy mats, if not better! Will definitely be purchasing more! 16/16 paws would recommend!Update— washes super well and doesn’t throw the washer out of wack! If your washer is super weight sensitive, you may want to wash with a load of towels. Dried easily on low tumble!

These rugs are very thick. They aren't a miracle product, but they ARE absorbent. We have a Golden, a Havanese and a Yorkipoo. I bought 2. They are great at the back door, since my backyard turns into a mud pit when it rains. And when it isn't raining, I have them in the living room and the dogs love sleeping on them. (not as much as they enjoy sleeping on the couch, though)

I can't say a sufficient amount of good things about this mat! My wife and I are extremely happy with the durability, the ease of cleaning, and the feel of them underneath our feet even after they've been by the door without being cleaned for a few days. And we have a 65lb dog that loves to run outside then back inside constantly throughout the day. I highly recommend this mat, not just for animal owners but for anyone who wants a nice door mat.

I really like the soft feel of the rugs and the noodle type but like other reviews and personal experience, the rugs are thin, not comfortable to stand on, and not perfectly rectangular (misshapen). To correct the shape I used carpet grippers on each corner and made sure to stick it properly on the floor. I'm considering buying a plush rug pad to go underneath using the rug grippers to secure both together and to the floor.

I love this! My dogs love it. Even my roommate likes sinking her toes in it. My little one (pictured) is a digger and has pulled up parts of it, but it still looks good. The only thing that sucks is that it takes a few days to air dry. Honestly, if it came in a longer size, I’d probably use it to do yoga on. Will probably purchase another one, anyway.

We have A Saint Bernard and a golden retriever. They have access indoors and outdoors with a doggie door. Living in upstate New York this time of year is tough. Rain mud snow etc.. our floors are typically a wreck. I ordered these rugs on a whim thinking well they probably won’t do squat but at least they’re cute. THEY HELP A LOT!! I love them and want to stock up on them when they are available again. Worth the buy!!! (Also easy to vacuum, and they don’t slide around.) love love love them!!

These are a god send. I dog sit and my back yard is nothing but mud. These really absorb the mud and water the dogs track in. I have several of these in my kitchen for the dogs to walk on they have really saved on my carpet. They machine wash very nice and dry well. In warm weather I hang them out to dry to help freshen them. I highly recommend getting these if you have pets and want to keep the paw prints to a minimum

My doggie loves this mat! he made it his napping place right away! I love standing on it, it is soft under my bare feet. We haven't had a chance yet to check out absorbency, i am really hoping it will keep the dirty paw prints to a minimum. It's a great rug already.

Placed inside the dog door and helps prevent wet dirty feet on tiled floor. Does not move due to rubber backing. Very good product.

Saves the carpet and the primary user likes it and hasn't yet chewed holes in it.
