Got this based in the reviews and was expecting a bigger pillow than I got when I ordered a large. It seems more like a kids pillow and can not say it had really helped with my side sleeping and more. I'll keep testing it in hopes it help with my sleep.

If you are looking for a neck pillow on Amazon, you need some support. This pillow is very practical and okay for a while. It is very comfortable to sleep. This pillow is really good. I can sleep comfortably by my side (I am also very small -5’1!). The first night I used it was the first time I didn't sleep. I don't know how long it would take to wake up with zero neck pain. This is worth every penny. Is it the most comfortable soft pillow ever? Do not. However, if you have neck pain, you don’t need something slimy, you need support.

Pillow is so thin that it does not support your head or neck. It’s not comfortable at all.
