I buy these for my dog. No added sugar or salt and my dog absolutely loves them. I don’t know why. They smell and look like banana chips but to me they taste like crunchy nothing.

These dried apples are exactly that - apples. Nothing else. They have a mild flavor attesting to no sugar added. They are springy and chewy attesting to careful attention to drying time. They are a warm brownish tone attesting to no sulphur dioxide or other processing. Wonderful snipped up for oatmeal, rehydrate well for use in baking cakes and muffins. And a great grab and go snack. The best news is they also do a 4 pound bag, I'm getting that as my next purchase.PS be sure to read the packaging on Amazon competitors dried apple offer. Many say packaged in USA but apples are imported from China. GERBS apples are USA New England stated. Buy local indeed!

There was NO banana flavor,actually there is NO Flavor, at all!!I was very surprised because I love this companies pumpkin seeds and sunflower kernels!!I did call the company to see if they could do anything (the guy said he knows they taste like nothing😲), yet because it's a food product, they do not offer a return, refund or exchange.I am not upset, just disappointed!!

Only one store locally carries unsweetened banana chips. This is so much more convenient, and they taste great. They last a long time.

I really liked Whole Foods 365 brand soft dried apples, but those were discontinued. Like those, these apples do not have hard pieces of core in them and are easy to eat. That's a big deal to me, as with other brands I've had to go through a measure of dried apples with scissors cutting off core before eating or cooking with them. They were fresh and this bag is a good value.But they are made with a very sweet variety of apple. I'd enjoy them much more if they used a variety that had a bit of tartness to balance out the flavor.

Lovely little currants, sweeter than raisins. Add fab flavor to your dish. I used them in stuffed peppers and I was so impressed by the lovely sprinkling of hint of sweetness it added to my rice andBeef stuffing. Amazing!

Simply too soft and not dry enough for immediate storage. I expected something with more crisp. Perhaps I ordered incorrectly but I will try and dry these out and use.

I use these to make my "happy cakes" - aka rock cakes with twice the butter. This brand is the authentic product.

GREAT BUY!! you can tell these are un sweetened but their still a great way to enjoy banana chips- actually better because there is none of that unhealthy sugarcane/ there guaranteed natural! these came on time, they are a good cost, you certainly get lots of them.. you want a healthier ulternative to those sugar coated banana chips!?- try these ones.-you wont be disappointed...

Being unsweetened is very good but the chips definitely lack crunch and flavor. In fact, some of them are so hard but the inside feels a bit mushy and I could feel oil oozing out of the them. Definitely not a healthy choice. Baked or dehydrated chips would probably be better. It’s also expensive in my opinion. I wish there was a smaller package I could have purchased for trial. Definitely wasted money here.

Taste fresh! Tho as they are unsweetened they do taste pretty plain, a little stevia and sea salt will do the trick ;)

You would think that unsweetened wouldn’t be that bad they are bananas but no they did not taste good at all. It’s like the sweetness that bananas have was stolen from these. :(
