Amazing magnet. Polarized so the pins point to the center. No getting pricked as you see. Just do not put it close to a computerized machine as the magnet is strong and will mess it up. I have two and gave one as a gift!

Great pin holder
I purchased many of these this year. It does a wonderful job because it will splay the pins with the heads on the outside, making it easy to pick up a pin. Everyone loves them. A great investment for your sewing/quilting/craft room.

The pins almost always land with the head side facing outward. You can even get a pin to stand straight up if you put it right in the center.
