I'm in between a women's 7.5 - 8 so I ordered an 8 and should have gone with 7. These are super big on me and I have a wide foot with huge arch.

I have several pairs of hey dudes, and I buy lined ones for the winter. They are awesome and lightweight but as for all hey dudes, whether they are lined or not, I would highly recommend buying a size smaller than what you actually wear.

I got these as a present to my mom and she wears them almost daily!
