I think the book was very informative about the industry

I bought this book because in the preview it mentioned Uber. However, the book does not robustly discuss this aspect of transportation services or most aspects of different transportation services mentioned in the preview. It is overly general and broad in the topics discussed . There are some helpful general tips about transportation services and the section on marketing was great. Also there are a few grammatical errors.

I purchased this book for personal knowledge and an overview of the industry. Well worth the money.

This book talk about transportation in general, it doesn't provide detailed information for each transportation business that they listed on the book. And book contains only 148 pages, but in the description it says the paperback contains 224 pages. I just wasted my money(:
