Preloaded? Heck yes!
Not sure if I was was lucky, but it came with the labels preloaded and was ready to roll. Quality as expected for my needs. Sadly, no spare ink cartridge like their commercial varieties, but I'll probably die before it dries up, because I only use it a couple months a year to price my handmade hats for the Fall Craft fairs I attend.

Good Quality
This price gun is the best ever. Highly recommended. New Labels are super easy to insert and start labeling your items again. The video explains step by step it's not hard at all. Labels are sold at Office Depot and Office Max as well.

Don't waste your money.
It has already broken. Not very good quality for the amount of use that was needed. I am dissappointed that it didn't last very long.

Don't cheap out
I've had several Garvey guns over the decades and this is by far the worst print quality I have ever seen. Get the higher quality model.

Its OK
They have shipped even faster than the estimated schedule. It works OK with the price labels. But get stuck more often. But for the price it is a good buy.

Tengo una tienda pequeña y me funciona excelente. Se siente fuerte comparada con otras que utilizado incluso hasta de precio más altos. Si no tienes un Walmart esta es tu opinión
