At first, I was frustrated by how difficult it was to get these pants on. The material doesn't stretch as much as typical leggings do and it took some working to get the material fitting in the right places.But that tight and not-as-stretchy material was WONDERFUL for my jogging. I found the pants staying where I wanted them and did not have to pull them up like other workout leggings. I could feel myself sweating more as I wore them. I know that the weight you lose from sweat is just water weight but it is encouraging to see a couple pounds loss. Also the increased sweating does encourage more cardio and therefore more exhaling ventilation which means indirectly more weight loss. (Weight loss occurs by your body using stored fuel as carbon and hydrogen inputs and oxygen inhalation to react to form carbon dioxide. In simple terms, the more you exhale from stored fuels, the more weight you lose.)I bought a size large and am 5'8", 190 lb. I have a pear shaped body with muscular calves and thighs. The pants fit tight but worked perfectly with that fit.

After doing my research I decided to go with you guys.Let me tell you, I was dreading thinking of struggling to put on and take off after sweating but for my surprise there was no such struggle none the less wow the swearing is incredible. Material is great quality. Definitely meets description and makes you sweat!!! Got it as a gift to a friend and she’s already noticing a difference in her thick thighs! Using it daily while working out she has slimmed them down 2 inches in 1 1/2 weeks. Very impressed. Will most likely be getting these as gifts again. The only complaint is the smell of neoprene fabric when we first got them but after one wash it was gone. (Had to nit pick to find a complaint they are too great to be true. Very happy customer!!!)

These pants fits comfortably but are snug so be sure to get a size up. Other than that they fit great! This item ships fast and is very great quality. I really like how they make me sweat during my work out. I like that it holds in my tummy but I really like the side pocket for my cell phone. It makes it much easier to run. These are well-made compression sauna pants. You can't go wrong with purchasing this product! Im very pleased.

I’m enjoying my leggings! They are great for working out. I tried it twice and YES YOU SWEAT! I am not looking to lose weight, I workout to tone up and just stay fit. I also do lower body workouts a lot and the leggings force me to go the extra mile because even though I ordered M, it’s tight enough to make me work to fit it well. I love it!I also pair it up with the zip and hook corset thing that I bought from the company and they work PERFECT TOGETHER! Love it!

I love love love these. I was nervous. I dont buy clothes online. My normal workout leggings size is a small. But I got these in Medium. So. Right out of the box. Wash em. They smell like they were freshly made before being boxed. Wafts of chems. Secondly. Put them on the way you would panty hose. You know how panty hose seem like they dont fit. Then you gotta pull the fabric from the ankle up. Same. They go all the way up to the belly button so that's a plus. And they make you sweat good if your working out Plus the compression helps with cellulite. I have no complaints and I really like these. Highly recommended if your looking to loose a little extra weight in the legs. Plus did I mention. They are SQAUT PROOF. So go on. How low can you go?

They are comfy and don’t slip down, as you can see, I’m bigger around the waist line but they still fit. You will need to order a size up or look at the size chart, as these are smaller. I’m short too, so I’ll have to hem them a bit before I wear them again.

These pants are pretty good. I ordered a large, I'm 145lbs and 5'7". They were short on me so look like capris, which is fine. They are snug to get into, but not impossible. They do create sweat right away, which is their purpose. I did a fast kettlebell workout in them and was sweating within the first minute. They are high waisted, meaning they cover the belly button. They do what they are advertised to do so I am happy with them.
