The Company Went Above and Beyond and Exceeded My Expectations
I purchased this bidet in August 2013 and it gave me outstanding service until just recently (April 2017) when a water valve began to stick. We have hard water so I could understand why the problem might occur. I wanted a replacement and ordered another Coco XR directly from the company, BIOLIFE TECHNOLOGIES. Unfortunately, that second bidet completely stopped working about two months later. These things happen so I called the company for resolution to the problem. The owner himself took the time to return my call and arrange for a replacement/repair. He stepped up to the plate and stood behind his product, even going above and beyond my expectations for correcting what could have been a disappointing situation. I have read other reviews here about poor customer service on the part of BIOLIFE TECHNOLOGIES, but please be aware that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances, even for companies. I feel VERY GOOD about recommending the Coco Bidet and Biolife Technologies. I've worked in the customer service area for more than 28 years and this company has shown me that it is responsible and responsive. You will be happy with your purchase. This is an excellent bidet.

This product is expensive, but works well.
I do have reservations about the construction of this bidet though. I purchased one of these for a family member, and it ultimately failed after a couple of years due to a key internal PLASTIC part breaking, which I did manage to patch up, but then the electronics failed a couple of months later. I did, hesitatingly, purchase one for our home, and although we love the functionality of it, in the back of my mind, I wonder how long before it fails too. I'm watching you, Coco Bidet 9500R Elongated Toilet Seat. I will not hesitate to verbally bash you if you fail again. But, right now, I like you a lot.

My bidet arrived earlier than expected which is always a nice thing, it was packed very well like the company was proud of there product and protecting it was important. I had elsctric already prepared. The plumbing included in the kit gives you everything you need if you have a toilet plumbed with the normal valve and connection at the bowl. All parts are of good quality and make things very easy. The bidet is really attractive, a beautiful addition to any home. I work on equipment for a living so my expectation are very practical the design and function ability of the bidet in my opinion is very good. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Excellent Product!
Though I have never used any other bidet toilet seat to make comparisons, I can confidently say that this product is excellent. So much so that I feel no need to even try another brand. I'm very happy and impressed with how well this seat performs.The only thing that I wish I knew before purchasing the seat was that you cannot sit on the toilet seat cover. Not that it would've stopped me from purchasing the item, but I think it would've been nice to know.The seat is very easy to install and all parts are included. All you need to supply is a screw driver and a pair of pliers or a wrench in order to loosen/tighten the nuts.I would have no problem recommending this product to family and friends.The sellers, DECORATE WITH DARIA, were also great! After purchasing the seat, I had a question regarding the materials used in the seat and they responded right away answering all my questions and offered to hold shipment of my item in case I changed my mind.This item arrived much sooner than was originally stated - the sellers do give you a tracking number to track your order, which was a nice surprise!!!

It still functions but the water continues to run (almost like a faucet) even when I'm done
Bought my Coco bidet 9500R in Dec 2014. It was working okay until now (Apr 2015) and recently it began dripping water into the toilet. It still functions but the water continues to run (almost like a faucet) even when I'm done. Called Bio-Life Technologies located inEnid, Oklahoma for warranty purpose and was told that I have to pay for the shipping both ways if I want them to fix it. Mine got fix now after they replaced the valve and cost me around $50 for shipping cost. My big question is.....do I really have to pay for shipping fee when my item is still under warranty??? Thanks for reading my review!

It lasted a little over 4 years. At this rate I might have to buy and install a new Bidet 5 times in a 20 year period? No! It should last least a decade. This was in the Master Bathroom, used only by my wife and I. We are both under 160 lbs. and did not use it roughly.I just ordered A different brand. I'll take my chances that it will last more than 4 years.By the way. The remote for this Coco unit went though 2 AA batteries every 3 or 4 months.
