Great quality carry on trolly for air travel. I purchased 4 of these for our family’s last trip and I’m So glad I did! They are sturdy.lightweight. The shell is thick and strong. It looks good! The wheels roll smoothly and easily. Maneuverability is everything! You can push or pull it with 2 fingers. The handle pulls in and out easy. The inner liner dividers are nice & useful, and the zipper is strong. The combo lock works good. (Save the instructions!) These were a great purchase and has made traveling so much easier and quicker. No more checked in bags or extra fees. Fits in plane overhead compartment. Easily fits 10 days-2 weeks or more worth of clothing. And we usually overpack & never use everything. So this size luggage is all we need. Looks really nice that our whole family had matching luggage trollies and it was easier to keep track & identify which were ours during check in and inspection. We just used different colored tags.

Nice looking and good quality - holds more than soft side ones and rolls very easy.

The color was beautiful, & the style was perfect for our niece. This is her first piece of luggage, that is all hers. It is made well, the handle feels secure, and the zippers are easy for her to operate. The inside design is pretty too. Very happy with this purchase!

I bought the Kensie Women's Alma Hard side Spinner Luggage, Expandable, Rose Gold, Carry-On 20-Inch back in August. I wanted to give it time to take it on both road and flight trips before writing a review. It has made it through multiple of each type of trips as a carry-on and in the back seat of my vehicle. Last week alone I had a 3 flights/3 states/3 days trip - and while it packed well for 3 different climates - the maneuverability was lacking.Pros: the Rose Gold color is gorgeous, both sides are spacious enough for packing clothes on one side (in a packing cube) and the rest of my items on the other, the external zipper has worked smoothly each time, it fits in the overhead bin easily, the extra handle on the side is a nice touch, the empty case is very lightweight, I haven't needed to expand the size with the extra zipper yet.Cons: the internal zipper that closes the left side flap can be hard to close as the flap material doesn't stretch or have any give, the handle (fully raised) can feel very lightweight and wonky, the wheels aren't the smoothest when the flooring material changes from tile/smooth to carpet or over metal plates, quite often I place my tote bag over the handle using the handle sleeve - and the suitcase handle just can't manage it - I end up pulling the case instead of pushing it along.If the handle were sturdier and the wheels dealt with floor transitions better - I'd have rated it higher. As it is - it's working out OK enough for me to continue to use it.

I would’ve loved the Rose Gold color but they didn’t have it when I needed it, so I ordered the black. The black is also nice. One side has the criss-cross straps and the other side has a solid zipper area to place over the contents. It has an expandable zipper which I like to expand when I use the other zipper to close, then if I see I have some give, I zip the expandable zipper close. The expandable did come apart in a small section but the entire expandable zipper did not split apart. I also purchased the luggage straps to use on my 28” and this 20” as an added safety feature and easier identification when flying. It’s surprising how much fits in this 20”. Be sure to check the inside, side crevices after packing if you need more room because I was surprised how much extra fit in those spaces. It’s very light before packing and not heavy after packing. This spinner’s easy to move around and I like that I can have pull handle all the way open or halfway up.

Handles very well. Carried lots of belongings and the extension helps. Good value for the money! Also liked that it has a scratch resistant outer shell. The zippers works well and the rose color is really nice. Very visible coming off the belt in baggage claim.

I bought one last summer for a quick trip to a friend's wedding. I was SHOCKED at how durable the thing was! In the Seattle airport, I had a 40 minute layover, which is nothing once you are finally off one plane, running through the airport, down the escalator, on to the shuttle, across the platform, on to the next shuttle, up the escalator and down another wing of the airport to get to your flight on time. I had only packed a few days worth of clothes, but I had a VERY large purse with my laptop and other heavy items in it that I had secured around the telescoping handle. I was able to lift everything and swing it around to get where I needed to be, even with all of the weight on it. I was so impressed with it that I bought 2 more for my kids carry-on.After reading reviews, it seems as though the low rated reviews are because people expect checked baggage quality at carry-on luggage pricing. While I do think it could handle being tossed around the cargo belly of the airplane, I bought a carry-on and only need it to be durable enough to get through the airport with me and then chill in the overhead storage.I will say that after my kids suitcases arrived, I realized that my handle was VERY difficult to expand and collapse. I thought it was just me not doing it right somehow, or just the design on the handle, but I think mine is in fact a little production error in the handle only.Wonderful luggage. GORGEOUS colors. Zippers are hefty. Wheels are great in all directions. Overall, highly recommend.

Update 09/15/23: very first trip with this thing and the side handle broke the first time I picked it up after packing. Luggage weighs MAYBE 20lbs-regardless, it should be able to handle itself and not break. Im hoping nothing else breaks on this trip!August 23: I snagged this beauty when it was on a major discount, which made me happy, but also, it is a beautiful piece of luggage. Feels very well made and rolls smoothly. The inside of it is plenty roomy and you can get quite a lot I there for even a 5 day trip. Excited to travel with it!

Son las maletas más hermosas del mundo, en diseño y resistencia, solo que duele en el alma el trato que le dan en el aeropuerto por ejemplo, y eso ocasiona que se rayen o incluso bote la pintura.. lo más recomendable es ponerles un forro.

Cheap product and no customer service

No estaba muy convencida del color pero ya en físico se ve muy padre, se ve de buena calidad, el material es resistente y es super fácil configurar la cerradura aunque dice en la etiqueta qué dentro vienen las instrucciones al menos la mía no lo traía pero nada que YouTube no solucione
