I injured my lower back, hip and a portion of my front torso. I had an ancient small square heating pad that has to be every bit of 50 years old or older. So, decided to upgrade since the unit was so small, and found this product. I really appreciate the length and width of the heating pad. It was absolutely perfect for my needs as I could place it on the area of my back and wrap it around to the hip area, and the front torso section also benefitted from the heat, so win-win all the way around, no pun intended. There were reviews not happy with the control lever due to size. This was not issue for me at all. I also appreciate the length of the power cord. I don't have to use an extension cord. I plug it into the power strip and I'm good to go with plenty of cord left to arrange the heating pad however I need it.I have not used the High setting. Medium setting has been plenty hot enough; but it's nice to have the option to increase or decrease the amount of heat through the High and Low settings.I rate this a 5 star item. The pad itself is very plush and comfortable and you can actually wash it if you need to, once a year. A nice suggestion I read on another review mentioned putting it in a pillowcase to keep from getting dirty. Very nice product and I'd order again, definitely.

I suffer from osteoarthritis, tendinitis, bursitis in both shoulders with a popping in my AC joint ouch!! herniated disc’s in my neck, tennis elbow, back, and pinched nerves in a few places including sciatica just for a reference so yea I’m in a good amount of pain every day. My other two heating pads that were about 15 years old finally died on me. I kept them for so long even after they were falling apart and probably should’ve thrown away a couple years ago, but they were so hot and I loved that I couldn’t lol. Heating pads nowadays. Do not get hot anymore!! Iv bought quite a few, and been very disappointed so I searched and searched through Amazon trying to find the hottest heating pad that I could find. I ended up with this one and I LOVE it and I have a lot of heating pads this one by far is my top two favorites! as far as their durability, I’ve only had it two months so I don’t know about that yet but I do use it every single day pretty much all day And I love it so far. I love it so much that I just bought another one and I might even buy another!! because I’m scared I won’t be able to get hot heating pads agin when this one breaks lol I’ve bought three different heating pads from a pharmacy that were absolutely terrible. They barely get hot more like warm all the same brand so I know it wasn’t a defect I like my heating pads extra hot This one doesn’t get as hot as my old ones did, but it gets hot and I like it. It is very soft flexible warms up quick has a two hour automatic shut off and has a high, medium and low control settings. I’m not sure if this is an actual feature, but it seems like to me the side that has the soft plush fabric doesn’t feel as warm as the other side when it’s on I’m assuming because it’s a thicker fabric than the other side so that could also be a feature for people that don’t like heating pads as hot I always use it on the hot side as I Call it lol. Last it says it’s machine washable but I don’t really see how that’s possible because it doesn’t unzip or anything so I guess that would be the only negative thing other than that this thing is amazing and I’ll take a hot heating pad over being able to wash it ANY DAY!!!!! I can spot hand wash it that’s no big deal to me so if you want a heating pad that actually gets hot buy this one!!!!

The main reason for purchasing this heating pad was based off of the reviews that stated it gets hot and stays hot. I have been using this for a little over a week now and can confirm that it does indeed get hot and stays hot.My previous heating pad would get hot quickly but after 10 minutes would go luke warm and not provide much help with my sore back. Happy to say that this one does stay hot all the way through the 2 hour cycle. I run mine on high and find the heat to be very nice. It may be too hot for some folks but this is just my personal preference.It does not have a dedicated OFF button but they make it very clear when you unbox the device and have to remove a long black sticker covering the control panel that to turn off the heating pad you simply hold any button for 3 seconds.The pad is very comfortable and flexible for putting on shoulders, arms, legs, etc.Some pros are the connector that connects the heating pad to the power cord has clips on both sides so it does not come out easily and the cord is long and will easily reach from the wall to the bed or chair without a need of an extension cord.If there was one con for this it would be that I wish you could have an always on mode or at least a 4 hour auto off cycle.I would highly recommend this for those of you in need of a great heating pad that actually gets hot and stays hot. I have AWFUL cramps - I always have. Every month. Without fail. I get a lot of pain in my lower back and I LIVE on this thing. I used to use one of those microwave rice packs and ended up reheating it every hour or two and when I found this, it was a miracle. Note - you aren't supposed to use it all day, every day, and it can irritate your sensitive skin. It shuts off automatically after 2 hours, so that's a good time to give your skin a break and come back to it later.

I love this thing. It gets plenty hot but it never burns me. I had one for over a year before it mysteriously broke. I used it CONSTANTLY. Living in a basement gets very cold, and heaters make my nose super stuffy so having this with a blanket was a life saver. And it shuts off after a couple hours! It's perfect because I tend to overheat at night, and if I somehow don't, I just click it really quick and go right back to sleep. It's comfortable and doesn't feel weird like the plastic ones do. Much appreciated. Bought another because I just had to have the same one!

I love laying on this heating back when i'm on the bed or couch. There are three levels of heat and it doesn't take long for it to heat up. I've had this for a while and its still holding up perfectly with frequent use.

Heating pad that heats and not like the other brands. It helps releif my backpain and bursitis pain. My wife also uses it when she has her period and helps a lot to reduce the pain. You have 3 power options.Recently, we bought a second one instead of sharing it together.

I like the structure and size of this heating pad. It’s not flimsy and doesn’t have a cover that shifts around a lot. The reason for a 3 star review is that I find the heat level inconsistent. Sometimes medium is comfortable, other times it’s just too hot. Although the controller is definitely sturdy it’s huge and weighty.

Par contre ne pas mettre directement sur la peau en mode ‘High’ car devient très chaud, et assez pour s’y brûler légèrement. I used this heating pad during labor and it was amazing. I now use it to warm up my baby’s bassinet before putting her in it. I love the auto shutoff when I forget to turn it off in the middle of the night.
