Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Brown Sugar Crumble single serve K-Cup pods for Keurig brewers, 18 Count

I immediately made a cup of this delicious coffee, but then found this defective pod as I was taking them out of the box to put in my storage rack. How does this happen? It was in the middle of the box so it couldn’t have happened during shipping. I’ve ordered many boxes of Green Mountain coffee from Amazon, but I will think twice before I order again! Disappointed and nervous about using the pods from this box now.

Item description claimed to be a 'new' item with 18 k-cups. Item is ACTUALLY a damaged, opened box of 24 k-cups with 6 missing! If it was actually 'new', it wouldn't be an already-opened box. What's worse, because it is considered a "grocery' item, we cannot return it. So now we have a damaged box with missing items and we cannot get our money back for it! This is a scam!!

Green Mountain is my favorite brand of coffee pods, they don't taste artificial like others I have tried. If you like flavored coffee, people....buy this flavor, it is SOOOOOO good!! Hazelnut and French Vanilla used to be my favorites until I tasted this one.

Smells delicious & the brown sugar flavor is light. Just enough to take the bitterness out of the coffee. Love this flavor!
