Nice bonsai pots but shipping just doesn't work.
JM BAMBOO actually makes very good bonsai pots! But they ship them incorrectly, and the pots are broken upon receipt. I ordered two pots recently, and when they arrived the bottom pot was smashed to hell and back. I contacted them and told them that they packed them in too small a USPS box with Styrofoam peanuts ONLY ON THE TOP of the packed items---nothing on the bottom for protection. They shipped me a new pot.......smashed to hell and back again because no packing material for protection on the bottom of the box. I got a refund. End of story.
