Ordered medium, it's supposed to be 32-34, package says m 32-34, underwear inside says M 36-38Update: got the new pair and they are the correct size. And I love the way they fit. Very comfortable. I will be buying more.Another update: so I been wearing these drawers for a day, and yall need to rethink the fly. I got my boys all cinched up in this pocket and they are all comfortable and stuff, but trying to get little willy out the door for a little fresh air and recreation is like trying to navigate a maze in the dark. And when he goes home, he has a difficult time getting comfortable in his hammock. Maybe you could take a little material off the curtains so he could get to the sunshine a little quicker....

The best underware I never knew i was looking for. I am average size (downstares) but with very large testicles. Had to have surgery on my testicles and my urologist told me to get these. AWSOME and life changing. Work great before, during, and after surgery. I will be using these for the rest of my life. Bonus they have a pocket that is meant for a cup. Well thought out and well designed. I recommend getting the longer of the shorts. I'm 6'3" 310lbs. Played soccer, baseball, football, and track. I know that of which I speak. Good luck.

Amazing boxers. The adjustable pouch is literally the best. I like saxx and 2undr and bn3th, but these are the best because you can tighten the pouch for extra lift on hot days. Bought this and bamboo. All are fantastic, polyester is slightly smoother but the bamboo is softer like cotton. Will buy more in the future. Had a slight issue with a pair but the seller took care of it and are fantastic. I would recommend this product and company to any guy who avoids being hot and sticky.

Got these with some other items to try holding things in place after surgery. These actually HURT LIKE HELL to try and wear. The tightening strings seemed like a great idea but in reality they tighten in the exact spot you do not want them to. So maybe good for other things but not what I was looking for.

For someone that is well endowed and drives 8 to 10 hours daily, this garment provides a comfortable compartment to keep from, 1. Being forced down one pant leg or the other. 2. From sticking to the thighs and crotch area. 3. Being sat on. 4. Having to be adjusted every 5 minutes...

I was looking for some underwear to buy that are comfortable for my balls when I looked at the USM I buy a couple and when I receive it my balls felts very happy and comfortable and I order 3 more pairs now I’ll need to order more to have one por every day of the week I think I need discount to order more for my brothers I love it I recommend to everyone⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love these pair of underwear. Especially with the support building they provide exactly what a man needs in a pair of underwear. The only reason I gave it four stars is because they were a bit long for me I prefer the shorter ones with a longer string. The material is soft and comfortable and they Flex where they need to and support where they need to at the same time.

This is only product I bought which provided support for recovery from open surgery they are expensive but they work

Love these!Yes they're pricey, but for me, very worth it!Good length on inner thighs (I'm 29 regular leg), for me, after adjusting material in position (between balls and legs), the bottom of material sits just above knees. No chub rub! Finally!

Great product i could of gone for a size bigger for my legs but didn't want to sacrifice the waist. Very comfortable and safe for driving all day without being constricted.
